We frequent St. Augustine for an evening out about once a month from Mandarin (Jacksonville). We had the grilled mahi with grit cakes and grilled chicken spring risotto for dinner tonight. Fantastic food (kudos to the chef) and great attentive service. I also enjoyed 2 of their Manhattans which were as good as the ones that I had in New York!! Highly recommend this restaurant!!!!!

Catch 27 was recommended by several friends, and it did not disappoint us. The dining room was cozy with different shades of blue and the copper table tops. Our server was groans on point with everything she did. We had the deviled eggs with fried oysters appetizer and the grits with grilled fish and both were unique delicious. Will definitely be back.

My wife and I along with another couple decided to try Catch 27 for dinner last night. We were glad we did, everything, from drinks to dinner was very good. I had a cup of chowder and a salmon pasta dish and both were delicious. I also had two Old Fashioneds, they were very good as well. My wife and buddy had Cuban rice bowls. They both thought the bowls were very good. The other person had a crab cake, she had no complaints. The service was very good, even with only one server for several tables. The place is nice, it's an old house in the Spanish section of Old St Augustine. It's not very big but there is plenty of outside tables. I'm not sure how nice that will be in August. Reserve a table inside when summer hits. Overall it was a very good meal in a very nice restaurant.

We have been to St Augustine a lot and visited various establishments. This place is everything you would expect it to be. True Southern Hospitality with great/ kind service, restaurant space in well kept condition, and lastly and most importantly a chef and kitchen staff that has passion and care for the food that is being delivered to customers. Absolutely wonderful and bravo to the cooks at this restaurant, food was worth every penny spent. I will recommend and will continue to visit this fine place. Thank you for a wonderful night with my wife. Great experience!

Omg awesome! Had a house cocktail called the Hunky Dory and loved it! The Deviled Egg with oyster top was truly spectacular. Don't miss it. Shrimp and Grits was delicious, but I love creamy cheesy grits, which as a Northerner, I get very infrequently, but this was more like polenta cake, and so not exactly what I was expecting. Still delicious and would order again. My boyfriend had fresh fish dish and he loved it. If you're in St. Augustine, make a reservation and go here!

The food was excellent. I had the daily menu item, which was Red Drum with crispy potatoes - perfect. The cheese platter and deviled eggs were great starters - loved the blue cheese and honey. The cocktails were great, too. So, why 3 stars, the service for fine dining prices was poor. Maybe our waiter had on off day. First drink orders were very slow. The water glasses were left unfilled. Our table was a wreck, I mean swab the deck. The question I always ask myself, would I go again... nope, just wasn't memorable.

Very tasty. Relaxed vibe but good service. Amazing cocktails. Menu is very flexible-- delicious base dishes with an array of different protein choices. Food came out fast (this is a good thing and a bad things depending what you're looking for) Would definitely come back.

Great food and service. The Salmon and pasta with blackened fish were awesome. One of the best restaurants in St. Augustine. Kids menu was nice too.

Celebrating anniversary this was amazing from the service to the courtyard with its beautiful atmosphere. I enjoyed all of the food we ordered from bacon wrapped dates, entree of the day, crab cake of the day, and seafood bisque. The chocolate peanut butter mouse pie was my favorite. Save room for desert. Also the wine and drinks were perfect!

Catch 27 is always my family's go-to restaurant for when we visit St. Augustine! We all end up getting the Blackened Pasta with our choice of either chicken, shrimp, or salmon. Highly recommend it!

The service was quite good and the food was pretty much as expected. Ambiance was fine (we ate inside.) Prices were about what one might expect in a "tourist environment." Would we return? While we'll probably see what else we can find -- simply because it is a very competitive environment -- we would not err in coming back here.
