Worst Charley’s I have ever been too! Staff is rude and do not care to make orders correctly

When you walk up to order, You are greated in the worst way possible. They give you an nasty look when you ask a question. And to top it of , for 2 small sandwiches took 30 damn min. Never again. If you don't like your job , just stay home...

Went there after grocery shopping figured we would try it because we have never had it.
We ordered Philly cheesesteak and an old school and my son (one years old) a kids meal.. when I ordered the kids meal the obnoxiously loud cashier laughed and said “can he even eat chicken” after ordering we got our drinks and a lady behind us ordered. We sat down and was waiting on our order when a Walmart worker on her break walked up to get food and they turned her away (they had only taken 2 orders).. the cook didn’t even know how or what saluted onions were and we had to tell her how to cook them.. after about 10 mins of waiting I realized they hadn’t even dropped the fry’s in the fryer or my sons chicken.. about that time the guy (cashier) said oh I need to drop the fry’s he put them in the fryer to only realize it wasn’t even turned on.. after 20+ mins of waiting on my food and the lady that ordered behind us came back for her order also 20+ mins of waiting.. the guy was on the phone with the manager and I asked for a refund when he told me he couldn’t do a refund his manager that wasn’t there had to do it I then told them I wouldn’t be leaving without my refund because who knows if I would’ve got it if I left with out..
all this to say they didn’t take accountability and they blamed their manager for not being there instead of learning the job they were hired to do and if they weren’t trained to do the job properly then the manager needs to be fired.

I tried the original for the first time. I never had their whiz, but the picture looked good. It definitely didn't come out looking like the picture, though. It didn't taste bad, but was super basic. I ordered a large because my husband and I always do and split it. There was a ton of bread and very very little meat ratio. It also didn't have enough whiz to keep it from being dry. The fries were hot, though. Least favorite experience at a Charley's. It's in a Walmart that needs a facelift, both the Walmart and the restaurant. We ate in the car for these reasons.

$25 dollars for this abomination of a sandwich. It was ice cold and the cheese tasted like it just came out of the refrigerator. They didn’t add the extra meat, cheese or banana peppers . Could your employees even been bothered to half try? Stay clear of this place. Charging $25 dollars for this should be criminal.

The food was outstanding and the service was incredible! Both Kimberly and yelina the two that were working served with the best customer service and atmosphere I’ve ever had! 10/10 recommend

Decided to check it out after shopping and was warmly greeted by Kimberly. I had my little girl with me who was misbehaving and Kimberly took it all in stride, even made an animal out if straws for her, she was so kind and my little girl was so happy. She took our order and perfectly cooked our cheesesteaks, even though we kept changing our minds about flavors and toppings, Kimberly was very patient. The food was perfect, but the service by Kimberly was outstanding. We will definitely eat there every time we visit Walmart

I HAVEN'T BEEN TO WALMART IN ABOUT 5 YEARS. WE DECIDED TO EAT AT CHARLEYS. BEST MOVE EVER. 2 PEOPLE WERE WORKING AT THE TIME. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH A SMILE. THE FOOD WAS HOT AND FRESH. THE CASHIER SERVED WITH A SMILE AND THE THE COOK WAS DOING HIS THING ON THE GRILL. OH AND YES I WILL BE BACK WITH EVERYONE THAT I CAN TELL ABOUT THE GREAT FOOD AND SERVICE ?. WILL SEE YOU SOON CHARLEYS.
