this place abruptly shut down, put multiple brides in jeopardy as they are not getting a venue or their money back before their weddings. this woman has not paid anyone what they’re owed, and needs to held accountable. this is absolutely unacceptable as a business owner you should be ashamed. give these brides their money back and pay the people you owe.

Rare, Beautiful, & The Most Ideal Event Venue & Restaurant. May 2025 - We went here for a wedding reception and were very impressed with the beautiful ambiance, delicious food & drinks, and professional service. It was the first time I had sushi at a wedding reception. The tables were beautifully set for the occasion. Non alcoholic and alcoholic punch bowls were provided for the guests. We spent a lot of time photographing the reception yet we managed to eat some of the food there. Not too many photos of the food & drinks yet we captured & felt the good vibes throughout the restaurant. I liked the outdoor area where guests could sit and drink to get some fresh air. Everyone seemed happy and very satisfied with the food, drinks, and venue. The music entertainment there was very pleasant as well.
Other aspects of Chez L’Amour - Clean & large single serving bathrooms. The area was spacious enough to provide dining, entertainment , and a dance floor. The illuminated signs, floral greenery , and plush seating area were eye catching and unique aspects in this venue.

Such a cute place with AMAZINGGG FOOD, I wish there was 10 stars! Atmosphere was beautiful, a great singer who was on the Voice… honestly wish we would have come in sooner to try the place after checking out the menu. Will be back often, can’t say enough good things!

We used to absolutely love this place. It was always packed, with an amazing front-to-back menu full of variety, creative drinks, and a vibrant yet classy atmosphere. Sadly, it feels like everything has changed, and not for the better.
The menu has been stripped down, the quality has noticeably dipped, and now they serve burnt popcorn at the table, which feels more like an afterthought than an upgrade. I understand they have seasonal menu changes. Everytime the menu changes, things get worse. The music used to enhance the experience, but now it feels completely out of place, shifting from refined to something that just doesn't fit.
It’s disappointing to see a once great spot lose its charm so quickly. Really hope they find their way back.

The most uniquely amazing dining experience! The character of the atmosphere, the music, the food and the service is like no other restaurant in St Augustine! Ramona acoustical played tonight and it was like being at your favorite concert while fine dining. The best of both worlds. She is a local favorite for a reason! There's no talent in St Augustine like her! She puts on the most captivating performance. This is a MUST on your best places to go in St Augustine!

While visiting St. Augustine, we had the AMAZING fortune to be within walking distance of this FABULOUS GEM........ It reminded me of the intimate places we'd frequent in NYC growing up. The food was OUTSTANDING--Pescaito Frito(sardines tempura style), Cajun Tuna Nachos and Salmon Carpaccio on these crunchy rice squares. Juggernaut Cab and then a tremendous surprise--a Birthday dessert--incredible Creme Brulee! Oh, and the French Press coffee..........add in the guitar player, piano player and a wonderful song by the owner, it was a PERFECT BIRTHDAY!! Tyler, our server, added to the experience--thanks so much and I know for sure, we'll be back next trip to St. A.

One of the best experiences we’ve had in over 14 years. From start to finish the food was spectacular. We ordered the salmon carpaccio (our fav), burrata, caviar mozzarella, lobster cakes, and two desserts (churros and tres leches). The atmosphere was unbelievable and the decor is perfect! I highly recommend for a romantic date night!!!! 5 star easy!

Highly recommend the signature martini for something different. The owners were actually the performers and I could not say enough good things. They were so talented. I can’t wait to go back.
