Food quality was up to standards and the staff were kind, patient and helpful. The restaurant must've been incredibly busy before we arrived, because there was a lot of mess on the floor and the trash in the restrooms was overflowing.

We are huge chickfilla fans, but this was not a good experience. Ordered coffee and a cookie late tonight because my husband and I are driving a few hours with our kids on vacation. After we purchased the coffee we were told we had to wait 5 minutes possibly. When we pulled around to pick up the coffee they confirmed it would be that long and we really needed to keep moving with the kids. So I asked if we could switch it out with a tea. The manager didn’t really respond but just left frantically. While we were waiting for the manager to come back another young employee came up to us and asked us what we were waiting for. I explained the situation and she said, “I would ask my manager what’s going on, but she’s in a bad mood. But I can make you a tea.” I shook my head yes because we just wanted to keep moving. The employee spilling the tea on the manager just shrugged and didn’t help or get anything. The manager came back with the coffee which I was excited about and glad this weird situation was over. We drove away and my husband bit into a stale cookie and my coffee was filled with grounds and undrinkable. We didn’t have time to go back and fix it so we just threw them away the next rest stop. Hopefully this will help improve service, and others won’t experience the same thing as we did.

Been to plenty many chick fil a but today’s visit at this location made me write a review. While waiting for our order a lady named Ms. Carmen came up and started talking to my son. Usually shy he actually communicated back with her. Then at one point he started dancing and she started dancing with him keeping him company while we waited. I have always had a great experience at chick fil a and will continue to be customer.
