This place is going downhill quickly. We decided to drive through to pick up lunch. Pulled into the drive through lane where two young lady's were taking orders. They stopped before they got to us. No one came to take our order. We stopped at the menu board expecting someone to ask for our order. Never happened. We continued moving with the flow until we reached the pickup location where someone asked what the name for the order was. I informed him that no one had taken our order. He apologized and asked what we wanted. We placed our order and waited. When we arrived home, which is less than ten minutes away, we opened the bag and the fries were cold. My wrap did not have fried chicken on it. There was grilled chicken that was not exactly tasty. Too many people working there and no one knows what is going on.

At Pomor park this morning and this locations truck and trailer pulled up and parked half way on the sidewalk blocking it. The other vendors showed respect and parked properly but not these guys.

It’s deeply concerning that this situation was handled so poorly. There should absolutely be some form of disciplinary action taken against the employee involved. How can a worker at a company like Chick-fil-A, which prides itself on its values and commitment to service, laugh at an older lady falling? It's not just unprofessional—it’s downright disrespectful. The company’s stance on Christian values should be reflected in its actions, especially in moments like these. If you're going to preach compassion, empathy, and respect for others, this behavior is in direct contradiction to those principles. It’s not just about serving food with a smile, it's about treating every customer with dignity and kindness, regardless of their age or situation. Something needs to be done to ensure that such behavior doesn’t go unaddressed, and that the company’s actions align more closely with the values they claim to uphold.

I clearly this girl i want a extra lauds of large fries , she gave me a side of medium fries when clearly i said large , she also forgot to put my brownie in the bag , charging me for a extra large fry but gives me a medium crazy work , next time, she needs to get my meal correct . can’t even take someone’s order without chatting it up about a hoodie at target. we sat in line for forever before they even noticed we pulled up bc they were too busy chatting it up and then when, who I’m assuming is the supervisor, came over to take the order, the younger girl followed and proceeded to keep conversating and distracting the person taking my order. frustrating. then when I got the order, it was WRONG.

I ordered a Cobb salad and the chicken wilted the lettuce. The young man in charge outside was snappy! I had not been there since they changed the drive thru and he wasn't very nice in directing me where to go. He just kept telling me to pull up. He should not assume that everyone knows where to go! The girls handing out food were awesome!
