St Augustine Chick-fil-A - Excellent customer service. Grabbing a quick meal on the go before work, the staff respected and focused on serving quick and efficient service. The order and check out process was speedy. The food was served hot but chicken in the chicken biscuit was over cooked and hash rounds were salty. The traffic pattern through drive thru was tight & risky yet better than Palm Coast's Chick-fil-A drive thru. Customers walking out to cars from dining inside walk right out in front of cars that are circling the drive thru.

Service has gone downhill. They don't repeat orders back so often get orders wrong. You're tired, hungry...the last thing you'd like to do is have to follow up on a drive thru order to make sure they got it right. They don't do extra crispy fries in the drive thru anymore although when I ordered it I wasn't told that. So she slings the bag at me, "we no longer do extra crispy fries in the drive thru", meanwhile the person in front of me ordered a single large fry and she made them redo it. No lines either in the drive thru either. I've had so many orders wrong with missing food or the order taker didn't even put it on my order. I no longer get asked if I'd like a receipt or told to have a blessed day. For the price and current quality I'll steer clear from now on. 2 stars only because in the end the chicken is still tasty.

I'm somewhat disappointed at my visit today. I sat there about 5 minutes waiting for an order.Was not greeted, it's very unusual for this chick.Fil a I didn't even get have a blessed day when I left.
I go to this Chick-fil-A once in a while but I usually go to the SR16 location. I ordered in the drive thru this morning and got home to find one item I ordered was missing (4 ct mini). Online it says to call the store for a refund, so I called and asked for a refund for the minis. The manager explained that they can’t issue refunds over the phone and I would have to come back in to get the item or they could give me a card for a free sandwich. Well, I was already home and only go near this location every few weeks, so that wouldn’t work for me. Being out the $5 isn’t a big deal but it seems like a flaw in their system that they can’t refund people that can’t make it back to the store.
