Cash only, unless you order at a GrubHub kiosk. The quality of the food was not typical Chick-Fil-A. Customer service was okay, but they don’t offer all the normal things I usually get from Chick-Fil-A. Won’t be returning.

Danger ⚠️. We recently got metal shavings in their diet lemonade. We saved the cup and the product. My wife is ill after drinking the lemonade.

Parking: This Chick-fil-A is located in Flagler College's Student Center. There is no on-site parking.
Very disappointed this is how you treat your customers this is not even worth my money buying fries that are not even full. This is how you give everyone their fries in half orders. I used to work here as the fry man that’s very disappointing to have to go to a place where I used to get up and work for meanwhile I’m paying for chick fil a and this is not even work the two or three dollars on a meal I am very disappointed in you all. I go to chick fil a on the daily and everywhere else I go to chick fil a they make sure the fries are at the top and as well as fresh fries. Makes me not want to go there considering that both chick fil a restaurants in Saint Augustine are both owned by the same person. What a shame.

Always a great place for lunch. Super friendly staff. We love chick-fil-a in general. For fast food they do a great job. Staff was very friendly and helpful as usual.
For Flagler Students only. No entrance for general pop, so don’t bother coming to this location.

My favorite location! Staff is always super friendly, attentive and kind. Busy times there’s always a little wait- but that’s to be expected! The food is hot & fresh whether it’s the busiest time of the day or there’s only 6 other customers!! Will always recommend this location as THE Chick-FilA to go to! ?
Emailed about some issues with past couple drive through experiences that were awful . I mall I get is a response back that computer generated that I need to download an app. Very disappointed. Major let down at this location.
