Food was great but the system here is horrible. Dining room isn't open and it's very difficult getting in and out. Highly recommend ordering on the app

1★ Visited tonight at 7:53 pm. Drive-thru employee Abraham was the opposite of Chick-fil-A hospitality. I ordered a nugget meal with a salad instead of fries and was told it “can’t be done” and I’d have to buy a separate side salad. I also asked for half water / half lemonade and was told that can’t be done in the drive-thru. I have ordered both of these here before without any issue. The employee said, “Let’s see what happens,” didn’t offer a receipt, and my order came out wrong, causing a delay while it was fixed. This is inconsistent with the customer service Chick-fil-A is known for. Please train your staff and empower them to handle simple substitutions and keep the standard of service no matter the day, time, or weather. Not a pleasurable visit.

I had a spectacular experience at the Chick-Fil-A on SR-16 in St. Augustine, FL! I’d love to share the step-by-step process while attending this establishment.
I first was greeted by an employee with a tablet attached with the menu. She was very friendly and accommodating. She asked what the name of the order was & allowed me to order. When I was finishing ordering, she read the order back to me & handed me a straw and asked for payment. She was very enthusiastic.
I then pulled up to the window where an additional employee asked me the name of the order & then retrieved my food bag. She read the order back to me & asked if there was anything else she could help assist me with. Furthermore, she also provided excellent customer service.
All in all, my experience at the Chick-fil-a on Friday August 22, 2025, was positive due to the customer service and the quality of the food. Thank you!
