The younger(high school age) kid in the ro go line is killing it. The people In front of me took almost 5 min to place a drive through order ( let’s just say I wouldn’t been annoyed) and he was so nice and patient. I would have tipped him although I know they cannot accept tips

I ordered through DoorDash they delivered the wrong order and the food was awful I complainedto the manager and she was rude and claimed she couldn't even find my order

The manager was extremely rude while saying that they do not recognize Florida tax-exempt status (except for catering orders). After pushing back, they eventually recognized the exemption and removed the tax, but the interaction was unprofessional and unnecessarily unpleasant. I won’t be returning.
