Chicken Salad Chick

Big thank you to the sweet people working at this Chicken Salad Chick! I'm a big fan of Lauryn's Lemon Basil and the croissant sandwiches are my go to favorite. Everyone is always so kind and helpful when we dine here and our food is always fresh and delicious.

My boyfriend and I almost always pick up our meals from this location and enjoy them at home, this recent visit being no exception. However, this time, when we experienced a major food casualty (food dropping in the dirt right outside our front door), my boyfriend came in utterly dejected and deeply upset. He loves his Chicken Salad Chick. Sadly, he had no choice but to return to work sans chicken salad.

As soon as I could, hoping to rectify the situation, I secretly called and apologetically explained my situation, asking between apologies if it was possible to have the chicken salad sandwich remade. I was met with a very kind and understanding response, despite my imposing request. Then 10 minutes later, I was on my way back home with a fresh meal, and when my boyfriend opened his meal there were TWO cookies inside 🩷 How sweet! I've never seen a grown man more happy to get an extra cookie.

Thanks again to the wonderful people who work here! We always come back again and again for our faves, and will continue to do so.

There is nothing quite like Chicken Salad Chick. It is really unfortunate that we don’t have these in my neck of the woods as I would probably be here once a week. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced for what you get. I love that they have Diet Minute Maid Lemonade at the soda fountain! You don’t see that very often. The staff here is very friendly as well.

No complaints. Unique menu and great food. Neat concept offering seemingly healthy options overall. They offer a quick Deli option for people on lunch. Clean and organized. It was customer appreciation day and they were giving customers an extra scoop of Original Chick with every order. I had fruit as my side and it was fresh.

Got my order wrong. Let the food sit up at the counter for 10 minutes before realizing it was a To-go order. Save your money this place is a hit or miss. Maybe if there were more employees they’d be more organized 👍🏼

Daughter and I were excited to try this because we dont have one in our home town. Went in and stood at the counter for 5 mins no employee was ever seen or heard!

Everything we had the other day was so delicious. Tasted fresh. We appreciate how fresh things were especially this day and age with preservatives and such watering down the validity of the food we consume.

We visit your location in Saint Augustine on a regular basis. Usually ordering the same items, but not always. We have noticed that the staff is a bit challenged, being new and not sure of the expectations. It seems to me that someone signs off on said new employee that will be dealing with the public and would be comfortable with what that entails. I believe that this individual would be pleasant, quick to smile, make eye contact and ensure guest satisfaction and perhaps a little something extra. I Fully understand the industry along with the current challenges of staffing. Today’s experience should be a training opportunity for your operations.
I walk in, there are two ahead of me, they place their orders. I then place mine, a trio, soup and sandwich. I take my bag, go home and find a missing item. I call back and basically challenged regarding my honesty. She prepared my order and it WAS correct. Anyway I drove back got the missing item and left. NOT the slightest of apologies. The food is always good, I just have a bad taste in my mouth.

I just had a bad experience at my local store. It was very slow, I think I was one of 2 people in the whole place . They gave me the wrong sandwich and when I told them there was no offer to fix it or anything. The employees just sort of looked at me. So I just went and ate what wasn't even what I ordered. Then the potato soup literally had one piece of potato in it. It was all cheese and sauce. Not happy, I hit this place once a week and won't be back for a while

I called ahead to get an order because I was in a hurry as my phone was dying and I needed to get home & when I got there it was ready to go! Great food and prep was done well. Very friendly staff also.

Stopped in at this location while in St Augustine. We always enjoy the pre-made chicken salad and a cake slice when we stop in. Today we tried the red velvet cake and it was very good. Also, the fancy Nancy chicken salad was on point.

I've been many times and love this concept. Although the last 2 times the salad was very wet and almost undistinguished as to flavor. I get quick chick's and today I got the featured flavor...it did not disappoint! Absolutely like it should be. Super delicious!!
