We visit your location in Saint Augustine on a regular basis. Usually ordering the same items, but not always. We have noticed that the staff is a bit challenged, being new and not sure of the expectations. It seems to me that someone signs off on said new employee that will be dealing with the public and would be comfortable with what that entails. I believe that this individual would be pleasant, quick to smile, make eye contact and ensure guest satisfaction and perhaps a little...

I just had a bad experience at my local store. It was very slow, I think I was one of 2 people in the whole place . They gave me the wrong sandwich and when I told them there was no offer to fix it or anything. The employees just sort of looked at me. So I just went and ate what wasn't even what I ordered. Then the potato soup literally had one piece of potato in it. It was all cheese and sauce. Not happy, I hit this place once a week and won't be back for a while
