OUR SERVER NICK !! BEST SERVICE EVER, very kind , professional and attentive!! Made our days great especially the host holding the doors for me and my wife! They treated us like king and queen! Always go to this location in Saint Augustine because they NEVER disappoint! Chili’s YOU HAVE MY HEART

Belinda was the greatest server I think we’ve ever had!!!! She was so vibrant, attentive, and even though it was a packed night, she made us feel like we were the only customers in the place. I hope Chili’s recognizes and rewards how amazing of a server she is. We will be back solely to visit her!!! Thank you again “Ben” aka “Fred” for making our Christmas girls trip to Saint Augustine start on a great note!!!!

My husband ordered a medium steak and received a hockey puck. The food was cold and terrible. We ordered a Coke and Coke Zero it tasted like water with a hint of Coke, when asked about which was which they replied they didn’t know and certainly didn’t care. We ordered ranch with the mozzarella sticks and got marinara. After asking the staff to ensure it was ranch and being told yes only to find marinara. The staff are incredibly rude and condescending.

The triple dipper was awesome. I got the hamburgers with the Mexican dippers, and the mozzarella sticks and all of it was delicious

Our server was just not good. Made us feel like she wanted to go home instead serving us. Rushed us or tried to. Had to point out she brought the wrong drink and then just wanted to add syrup to it instead of remaking it . Had to hand her the dirty app plates so she would take them off the table to creat room.
