Chili's Grill & Bar

I had a craving for a molten chocolate cake, and I heard via Face Book foodies that Chili's had a good one so I wanted to try it as a takeout so I could eat in privacy. It was my first time at this location, and they very nicely directed me to take out. I asked for one and she was about to ring it up and get it when I just thought I should make sure that it was going to come out hot and ready to eat. Unfortunately, she said no. They only do takeout on this dessert cold. I am so glad I asked so I went and got seated and the server did a great job and in brought it out fast along with the bill, which I also asked for. It was delicious and I will get it again, but I do wish they gave you the option to get it hot for takeout. If not that then you must inform people in advance and provide directions on how to heat it up. If that was done, then I would rate the place a 5 so I encourage them to do it. Ordering a molten chocolate cake and getting it cold is like ordering a steak and getting it raw and uncooked. Thank you.

I haven’t been to Chili’s in years. Had a delicious burger, fries and a beer which I really enjoyed. Great staff and the though it wasn’t peak time the place was full of customers, happy laughter and people having fun while enjoying their meals.

They said the wait time was 20 minutes and we waited more than an hour.

Food is great as usual when it comes to Chili's but the server we got needs to be more attentive. I timed her for this nonsense, we asked for to-go containers could only tell her half of what we need as she walks by fast, she drops it off as she walks by fast not giving us a chance to tell her the other half of to-go containers we still need. We paid at 3:22 and at 3:45 our server finally showed up from being in the back so we can finish packing our food up and leave. Ridiculous! And she still didn't give me more marinara sauce to-go. On to Walmart for that.

I love eating at Chilis, but I want to point out that at this Chilis location in San Agustin I felt poorly served. I remember arriving at 11pm. I had to wait in a virtual line to get a table. At 11:30pm we went in. They sat us down. But no waiter attended to us, no one ever came to take our order. We had to leave at 12am, because no one came to take our order. This was on Saturday, December 7th.

Food was good, but pricey. Service was not great. Had to ask for refills on each drink, they never checked or asked if we needed refills. The server checked twice for dessert, so he did come by the table often.
The portion on the Veterans Day meal was very small.
