I was in town for Bday RnR, visiting the winery as well as attending my Gson baseball game in Orange Park. However the 1 of best highlights of my 3 day trip was having dinner n drinks at this Chili's. Amber is HandsDown the Best hostess bartender waitress.... U name it She does it All.... With such grace n Friendliness n oh sooo welcoming. Met some Great locals, whom are now friends to keep contact!!! We had dinner there 2 days both of which Amber was the Greatest. I'm not speaking much on the food n drinks bcuz they are usually great at any Chili's I visit n my travels. I even enjoyed my Bday cheesecake as a Rewards member.THANK U SOOO MUCH AMBER ? I will frequent when visiting my Son n fam . Gson. LOL I'll call 1st make sure ur working...CassiePeace n BlessingsOh, thanks Chili's ?

The service is always good and the food spot on. I have had something prepared incorrectly recently and it was replaced with no hassle. My wife loves it.
To only have 4 employees working Demond was quick patient and very courteous to our party of 9 they even took a minute to sing happy

When you're looking for someplace that has a diverse type of food, then this is the place to go to. They have everything from comfort food to Italian. If you want drinks they do it two for one during happy hour. There's plenty of parking and I highly recommend it

I'm not into chain restaurants, but this is where a friend chose to meet. It was loud, not the cleanest and there are no vegan or vegetarian options on the menu.Vegetarian options: Unless you only want a plain salad or French fries there is nothing on the menu for vegans or vegetarians. You could modify a couple of things, but honestly it's not worth it. I'll never eat here again.

Worst service ever had at a chili's. I guess they were short staffed but it was mid day and over 15 minutes for drinks. Looked dirty. Tables not bussed all over the restaurant. Hire some staff.
My wife and I decided on going to Chili's for our 39th anniversary. The service was terrible and so was the food. Never again would we go to Chilis.
