Haven't even gotten my food yet but unbelievably rude on the phone

I don’t know if this place has new owners or management, but I keep trying to patronize this place but continue to be disappointed. The food isn’t like it used to be. We used to love this place. It just doesn’t taste as fresh. I ordered online and paid with a credit card and it was one price, and when I picked up the order it was more money. When I asked why, they said that I ordered plain fried rice and asked for egg in it so it was more money. Well, that’s deceptive. I don’t care about the price, it’s the adding of money onto my credit card after the fact without telling me that is poor business practice. They also said they had no fortune cookies and left out plastic ware. What kind of Chinese restaurant has no fortune cookies? It seems they are skimping on these important things. Their prices have gone up too. The chicken noodles weren’t that good. The crab Rangoon was good. The fried rice was good. The chicken teriyaki was good. But overall I would say it’s just okay as far as food these days. It’s hit or miss. I wish I could give it a better review. Maybe they will read this and try to improve.

Visited a month ago and cream cheese wonton were stale! The sauce u dip them in tasted sour! So surely today giving them another try, things would be better but NO! Not only the same stale and sour crap, the order was wrong!! I have no clue what that is on the stick! Doesn't look or taste like chicken. Dry breaded chicken made to dip in the sour sauce(which I've had at other China places and it was not sour) and WHITE RICE, which, Of course I didn't notice until I got 15 miles down the Rd, home! And I call to let them know, and no manager to talk to, what sounded like a child that answered the phone said there was no one for me to talk to!! DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU TASTE IT FIRST!

Wheres the meat? $17 for chicken fried rice and 2 pork egg rolls that didnt have meat in them at all (vegetable likely even tho i paid for pork).. and the chicken fried rice had like 3 chicken nuggets worth of meat and nothing else. Waste of money, wont be back. Kid at the counter did a good job tho.

Recently placed a delivery order. As soon as I realized some items were missing I called and they very apologetically returned with said items in addition to comping us an order of eggrolls. The food is delicious and the servings generous. I highly recommend and will order from them again (soon lol)!

Seriously!! Your soup was absolutely scalding. I opened it up in my parked car to let the steam out because I was afraid it would melt the plastic it was in, and ended up dumping it in my passenger seat! Thank goodness it wasn’t in my lap! I couldn’t clean it right away because it was scalding water and it hurt my hands to do so! Your soup wasn’t even the color it should have been for egg drop soup. You served boiling water. There was more water than broth! Even tasted like it and burned my throat and I had to spit it out before I hurt myself seriously!! You all need to be careful and not serve blistering soup!!
Their egg foo yung, egg drop soup and crab Rangoon were excellent! Egg foo yung rivals my mom’s and hers was the very best!

I ordered the lunch special Bourbon chicken, I was disappointed, the chicken was tough and the rice was horrible it was hard and not fresh! Waste of 10 bucks! I won't be back.

Best Chinese food I've had since 2020! If you're in the St Augustine area it's a must you stop by here. I was at the ractrac across from the and saw the attendant food and knew I had to give it a shot just by how it looked. I wasn't disappointed at all with the garlic sauced shrimp. Honestly, they need to put it out on the market in stores it's so good. I'll DEFINITELY be back my next St Augustine visit.
