The girl behind the counter was incredibly rude, the mini cinnamon rolls we ordered were so scorching hot I accidentally dropped them and it literally caused blisters on my leg. Don't let the lovely smell of cinnamon draw you into disappointment and pain.

Location is tricky, and you WILL have to mow down a few of the slower-moving tourists who will walk into the path of your vehicle on these narrow, cobblestone streets of old Saint Augustine; BUT, it's for Cinnabon. You do whatever it takes to get to Cinnabon. Everyone knows the rules.

The male employee threw my cinnamon roll over the counter to me like a dog. I also observed other customers experiencing the same thing. The Cinnamon rolls were stale and cold, waste of money and terrible customer service.

Employees were rude. Hair styles half covering face and swiping away all over food. Gave our order. Had to ask for receipt. Got home to find order wrong! Hour&1/2 away! Very aggrivating.expensive mistake. No need to go back. Rolls were over cooked also.

This was my first time at this location and I was astonished at how employees acted and looked, for handling food there should definitely be better standards, they really gave a bad impression, also you get a cold roll and when asked them to warm it up, they just forget about you.
Extremely rude employees. Avoid at all costs. Also, can't even eat the food. It's disgusting.

I just had the worst Cinnabon ever! It was over baked and had a hard sugary filling. The layers were then and not light and fluffy. I normally look forward to getting one every time I visit, but not anymore.

Went in and asked for mini pretzel dogs. Was told they were out so I got a regular pretzel. While we sat there mini pretzel dogs came out and I got up and asked for mini dogs and she still charged full price after lying to me.not to mention she was cleaning her ears with a pen and did not wash her hands all while standing at the register. This place sucks. Only reason I made the purchase was because the young man was wearing gloves when putting them in the cup. I do not recommend this location.
