The cortado and latte are good, however for a tourist spot it is unforgivable that they do have restroom even a small one for patrons.

There is a sign at the front door that says, “no school groups sorry for any convenience.” I could understand in the evening hours, however, when 5 moms and 5 daughters show up to all order coffee and hot chocolate and get extremely rude service and looks from employees it’s very unfortunate. Our daughters were sitting nicely at a high-top waiting on their hot chocolate and cookies, they only knew we were a “school group” because we had on matching shirts. Was very disappointed in this establishment. I wish I could have asked for a refund for my overpriced mediocre coffee and the generous tip I left. Children or no children I would never return here.

Came in here with my family while on vacation, got muffins that no one liked, my wife hated her ice latte, and this lady with blonde hair who is one of the owners was just staring at us the entire time and completely refused to remake our drinks and said everyone else likes her coffee so its our problem.

Owners are constantly rude to everyone on Saint George Street, everything is overpriced, muffins are from sams Club, and coffee is terrible.

I loved this coffee shop, just the right amount to offer but not too much to overwhelm you, I got the iced peppermint mocha latte and it was so good for an avid coffee drinker. I will say it is a little overpriced for only 16 oz iced coffee. It has the perfect coffee shop atmosphere.

The worst coffee ever. They catch me because the good coffee smelling from the street. Me and my family bought some coffees there. Everyone made complaints about this bad taste. Don't waste your time and money there. Me spend the next hours just making jokes about this bad taste. Nothing again this store but they should taste their own product and note they are selling a very bad coffee.

The smell of coffee when you are passing by this place is tricky, big lines tells you that is good as the smell but the holidays inn has better coffee than this place… but is cute though

The place is nice. The coffee is perfect. The only guy that is working there need to learn about maners and customer service. You shouldn't throw the bill at the customer at the counter. It's called education.

Good coffee and very nice place. Good service, and my only disappointment was that they don't serve on actual ceramic cups like a photo may make you believe. It is just the normal paper cups with a plastic lid.

We went to ask for a glass of wine and the older blonde lady kept us waiting for over 10 minutes for it. And she wanted to serve us in a disposable plastic cup.

The oatmeal raisin cookie, maple latte white chocolate cocoa were just OK.
