Nice and intimate 5 star restaurant, beautifully decorated, and absolutely excellent table service. The tenderloin and surf and turf were exquisite. We were there for our 5th wedding anniversary and they complimented us with a delicious dessert. Big heartfelt thank you to our waitress Kate who made our dining experience amazing!

the space has a good vibe, although the rooms are open and tables close. easy tradeoff for the great food and service.

Heard a significant amount of positive about this restaurant and had to try it out. Food, service was spot on. Will return routinely.

Cozy restaurant with an excellent menu and attentive staff. The Veal Orleans was too die for. Bar offers only beer and wine, but the sacrifice is worth it for the food. Small, so reserve early.

We made reservations in advance and specifically requested a table in a good location, but unfortunately were seated at what was arguably the worst table in the room. My husband’s chair was positioned in the middle of a heavy traffic area, which made him uncomfortable throughout the evening and set a disappointing tone from the start.
While some elements of the meal were enjoyable, the overall experience fell short—especially given the price point. Dinner lasted over an hour and a half, which felt excessive. The bread service with basil-infused olive oil and roasted garlic sounded promising but lacked flavor and ended up feeling like a waste of calories. The Caesar salad was good, but my beef tenderloin was somewhat dry, and the broccoli rabe was so tough I couldn’t cut it with a knife.
My husband ordered the scallops, and while two of the five were cooked perfectly, the other three were not, which was disappointing—especially for a dish at this price point.
Dessert was another letdown. The rum cake was very dry, and the rum flavor was barely detectable. (For comparison, Casa de Vino has an excellent rum cake.) The wine selection was also disappointing; the wine recommended to me was expensive yet easily the worst glass of wine I had during the entire trip.
Although the food wasn’t terrible, it was significantly overpriced for the quality and experience delivered. As foodies, we were truly disappointed and would not return or recommend spending the time or money here.

Absolutely wonderful! I booked a reservation for my husband's 50th birthday about a month in advance cause we were going to be in the St. Augustine area. We walked in and the host welcomed us and told my husband happy birthday. I just thought that was a super nice surprise. They sat us at a nice quiet table and we enjoyed a fabulous meal. After our meal our waitress came out with a sponge cake (delicious) that they gave us for his birthday. I honestly was so impressed. They didn't have to do anything and what they did do really meant a lot. I can't thank them enough for making my husband's birthday dinner even more memorable. We will definitely be back when we are in the area.

We came here after our December(nights of lights) wedding, amazing by the way, and after 6 years we have barely seen half of everything to see here all as good as the previous thing BUT, this year we went to collage. Being from the Tampa Bay Area if you are this will speak volumes, Bern’s steakhouse and Charley’s steakhouse barely shine a light on the Beef tenderloin au-poivre here and it’s only around $60. For the two of us going all out we got out of there around $200 and that was with an app dessert and a full bottle of wine. From all of our years we say Harry’s is good for a consistently good meal but when you want the amazing food service and atmosphere to make that special moment magical Collage is that place. We will continue to come back to St. Augustine and see verytime we will be eating at Collage. Works best if you get a reservation by the way, everyone else also knows it’s the best!

Lobster ravioli was the best I've ever had.
We have been coming to Collage since approximately 2011. We have never been disappointed. We have had the scallops, lamb, filet, various fish and echo has been prepared to perfection. We have also always found a perfect wine pairing on their wine list! We have recommended this restaurant to many friends and all have been as pleased as we have. Thank you for your consistent great food and service!!

The food was spectacular, and they were one of the few restaurants that actually honored the reservation time and seated us on time.
The menu is slightly limited, but from the dishes we ordered, they were meticulously crafted.
It's also pricy, but for the flavor, definitely worth it.
We had the beef tenderloin carpaccio that didn't make it to a picture but was really good 🤣 They also gave us a raspberry sorbet as a palate cleanser which was a new for me and my husband, but nice!
My steak was cooked to perfection and the flavors mixed in very nicely.
Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the tables were extremely close to one another, so having a conversation was difficult because everyone was in everyone's business lol.
The servers were professional and knowledgeable on the menu.
Will probably come back at some point!

Food, service, ambiance all amazing! We had a fabulous dining experience. Highly recommend the Lobster Ravioli and Black Grouper. The warm bread with olive oil and roasted garlic was delicious.
