Best restaurant in St Augustine! The food melted in your mouth with variety of flavors - the black grouper and the trout were perfectly prepared and sauces enhanced the fish. Hands down the best meal we have ever had. The intimate atmosphere of the restaurant sets the stage for a true dining experience. They made celebrating a special birthday memorable.Kudos to our server Lily, she was awesome! If you are in St Augustine full time or just visiting do not pass up chance to eat at this restaurant.

Hidden gem! 5 stars is not enough! This restaurant was superb! Great food, lovely service. The noise level was a bit high, but this was in NO WAY the fault of the restaurant! There was a rather boisterous group of "gentlemen " who thought they were at the sports bar. The manager on duty did all she could, and apologized for the noise after they left. After that, it was a lovely atmosphere for dining, and enjoying conversation. Food was fabulous!

We visited Collage for my fiancé's 30th birthday, and it was the highlight of our trip to St. Augustine. The experience was intimate, upscale, and full of thoughtful details. Service was exceptional—Franco (we hope we got the name right) was attentive, knowledgeable, and made great recommendations. The lobster ravioli was rich and flavorful, and the pork tenderloin special was one of the best entrées I've had in a long time. As two hospitality professionals, we also appreciated touches like table crumbing—something you rarely see anymore. Thank you to the entire team for making the evening so memorable. A True Hidden Gem in St. Augustine
The Collage exceeded all our expectations. We’ve visited St. Augustine many times, but this was our first time discovering this incredible restaurant, and what a find! We were celebrating our 21st anniversary and stumbled upon The Collage online. Thinking it would be quiet on a Wednesday night, we didn’t make a reservation. Despite being fully booked, Megan, the restaurant manager, went out of her way to accommodate us, which we truly appreciated.
Our server, Franco, was warm, attentive, and very knowledgeable. The food was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. We began with the beef carpaccio and watermelon salad; both beautifully prepared. For our main course, we each had the 8oz filet topped with gorgonzola sauce, and every bite was mouthwatering. Between courses, we were treated to a refreshing raspberry sorbet to cleanse our palates—a lovely touch.
For dessert, we shared a warm pound cake with raspberry coulis and fresh whipped cream, paired with perfectly made espressos. The ambiance was quaint, cozy, and romantic,ideal for a special occasion like ours.

A wonderful experience! Our server “Franco” was so attentive, friendly & knowledgeable. Food was fabulous, every bite. We could actually hear each other when talking. And, oh my gosh, best dessert in the world! Don't miss any of it!

We had an outstanding dinner at Collage. We both started with a salad, Caesar salad and a cucumber salad, and then one of us had the stuffed chicken and the other the red snapper special all of which were exceptional. Kate, our server, was super nice and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is quiet and the wine list is Exceptional. Highly recommend

The place is quaint and quiet, perfect for a nice dinner as a couple or double date. The starters were excellent. We had the burrata and friends had the ahi. We all chose the seasonal salad and I was unimpressed. The romaine was all inner core white and yellow and there were a handful of watermelon radishes on there. For a specialty salad I found it underwhelming. Two of us chose the special of the evening which was a flounder dish. The description said nothing of it being spicy and yet it was spicy and really salty. I couldn't eat it. I ended up eating part of my partners salty chicken. One of our friends had the tenderloin and said it was delicious. For the food being a disappointment for the cost and expectation, the staff were friendly and attentive.
We arrived and the AC was out( were told by several staff members it had been off and on most of the week), it was extremely hot in the restaurant, food was good however our meal was $180 so a bit pricey for that type of misery...We had booked several weeks in advance and felt we should have been alerted to the issue. Very disappointing.

This was the perfect place to celebrate our 15 year anniversary. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Lily was our server and she was delightful! The food impeccable... and the desserts... just WOW! The price is worth every penny spent for a fine dining experience.

She explained the menu, including the specials very clearly and offered us great options from the menu. Collage did not disappoint.
