Outstanding food. Great service. Chef more than accommodated for Gluten free appetizers and entrees.
Ambient and service quite good Starters very good Entrees - we asked for 2 different type of meat and both came with a lot of pepper who makes not able to taste the meat as it should be as it was a very good piece of meet Thanks
This was our first visit to the Collage. It was awesome. The lobster ravioli was great but the seared scallops were some of the best I've ever had. The squid ink risotto was delicious. Service was very good. Great spot. Sorbet was a nice touch. Maybe now my favorite restaurant in the NE Fl area.
I had black grouper. As a fisherman we catch a lot of different species and my wife has some delicious ways to prepare them. This grouper recipe was one of the best ever! My wife had the special ribeye. The preparation and recipe were very nice but the cut of meat was pretty tough, lots of sinew. Overall a fantastic dining experience.
This place is always awesome. Never had a bad meal here. Food always exceptional! Service is top notch! You won't be disappointed.
Collage is by far the best restaurant in the area. The food is fabulous and creative, presentation is beautiful, Sevice is very attentive and the atmosphere is quiet enough so you can hear the other people at your table. I had the Moroccan spiced rack of lamb with a cilantro lime puree. It was delicious.
Lilly did a great job! The various courses were all delicious. Wine list is extensive albeit a bit pricey.
The food, staff and ambiance was amazing. Meriting a Michelin star. A must visit for foodies. We will be back
We have been wintering in St. Augustine for 16 years and this was the fiftieth time we have dined at Collage. It has never disappointed either my wife or myself or any of the many guests that have joined us over the years. Fine dining at it's finest.
Everything was perfect. Our server Kate was great and the wine and food pairings were spot on. It was my wife's birthday and we were suprised with a complimentary desert that was just right for sharing.

We had a 5 pm reservation and got there about 15 minutes early. The restaurant was locked up tight. Another couple also arrived early. Doors opened shortly after 5. Gave was our waiter and brought us amazing crusty bread with roasted garlic, blackened grouper and veal scalloppine
This place has been on my list for awhile. Totally lives up to the hype. The place is adorable and romantic. The food was terrific and everything was so delicious. The only downside is the price but worth it for a special occasion.
Menu items are expensive for what you receive. Dishes are over salted (do not order scallop appetizer or the veal entree, too salty). Pesto sauce on the pasta dish was heavy and overpowering. The server was about "table management" vs. true hospitality. This is a restaurant trying to be upscale - doesn't hit the mark.
A hidden gem. Felt like I was in a romantic European hold in the wall with 5 star food and service
Nice and intimate 5 star restaurant, beautifully decorated, and absolutely excellent table service. The tenderloin and surf and turf were exquisite. We were there for our 5th wedding anniversary and they complimented us with a delicious dessert. Big heartfelt thank you to our waitress Kate who made our dining experience amazing!
