Our server was great, but definitely had several tables in our area that He was working with at the same time. Some items were a little slow to come out, including butter for our table of five, and the bread was handed to each one of us rather than put on our plate.
Started with Columbia's Signature drink: Columbia, Gem of the Ocean - sweet and tart at the same time. Had to order the 1905 original salad. which was made to perfection with the ham, pork tomatoes, olives and their own dressing. For our meals we thoroughly enjoyed the Paella Marinara - something we order almost every visit to Columbia, and the Cannelloni de Langosta - my first for this entree. It was filled with lobster bits and chunks, and the cheeses sauce was delicious....
My Family and I are regular diners at the Columbia when ever we are in St Augustine or Tampa. The food is always Delicious and comes out Hot and well prepared. The 1908 Salad is always Delicious a favorite along with the Spanish bean soup. They are very accommodating to my Grandchildren as well. I highly recommend the Columbia to anyone looking for a great Spanish meal
