We have always loved Cone Heads, but I was really disappointed when they changed their punch-card policy to only allow one punch per visit. For a place that serves a lot of vacationing families—like ours, purchasing 9 ice cream cones at a time—it feels like the focus shifted away from customer appreciation and more toward policy appearance. It definitely took away from the experience we’ve always enjoyed.
too much water and not enough cream. quality ice cream should not be icy it should be creamy. they skimp on ingredients, better off buying store bought. it's not difficult to make ice cream but they need some lessons.
