Have been here 3 times in last 5 days...food is superb, service outstanding and very cozy. Maddie has served us twice and is a charmer...Darcy handled the bar service with ease. Came for the live piano music and wasn't disappointed by singer/songwriter, Jolie.
Come once and you will be back. Try the potato soup!!

Cortesse’s Bistro is just what was meant to be, and drew me in when my spirit needed it the most. The hotel I am staying at recommended, and they were 100% right on. The vibe in this eclectically laid out property has such a classy relaxing way. The superb kindness and expertise of the staff and owners was as I was with loving family. I came for a late lunch and all was tasty perfecto.
The dim lighting is comforting, the raw brick in some of the rooms with the sweet variety of chandeliers and spotless establishment. Anywho, Cortesse’s Bistro in St Augustine shall be a repeat for me. Good soup for the soul!
The outdoor inviting garden patio is so inviting and at 6:00 in the evening they have a piano bar. Will have to return to hear. Gratitude 🙏🏻

One of the worst customer services received. Made a reservation and table was allocated 1.5hrs after the reservation time. Server was hostile. Throwing plates around the whole table.

Restaurantji Recommends
1.Booked table for 8 PM EASTERN TIME, got the table at 8:00 PM MOUNTAIN TIME (they follow 2 hours time difference, so plan your visit accordingly )
2.The staff were horrible, (not everyone but the ones who served us)
3. Food was terrible, plates were thrown at us coz they wanted to leave home early I GUESS ? .
4. We were a group of 17 and made a reservation two weeks prior, the restaurant was kind enough to give us a table only for 14 and asked us to adjust and squeeze in.
5. They provided the cutleries only to the ones who asks for it. Not everyone gets the privilege of using their cutleries.

I felt like I was deceived. They charged us with more than $ 70,00 because we just got entrees and didn’t order any meal for each person, counting with a toddler and a baby. But it was about 9 p.m. and we asked some appetizers, wine and beers. So they claimed that we were occupying these table for 8 but there was no one waiting for table's and there were other tables with no one in them.

Worst experience of my life. Bad food, terrible quality and we still had an extremely ridiculous situation. We were charged a $70 fee for splitting the entry. They claimed that there were people waiting and we weren't consuming. What was a lie. The hall had more than 70% of the empty tables. There was no queue! I don't recommend wasting your time in this place. Bad and composed of people of bad character.
Overpriced and small portions. Potatoes tasted like they were from a box. Salad was a stalk of romaine lettuce with a couple croutons and drizzle of dressing. Don’t recommend. Place was empty and we were asked if we had reservations.
