It took one hour to receive our appetizer and an additional hour to receive a entrée which we ended up canceling because we were sitting for two hours paid for the appetizer canceled our water and left very unprofessional. And this was my go to place when visiting Saint Augustine. Not anymore.
I went there for Thanksgiving dinner and it was definitely on a busy side. The check-in process was a little clunky, but not the worst I've ever experienced. The tables I will say at least where I was seated at was separated. There were only four tables in the room I was in. The noise level was a little loud in the sense that the music was up and was not very holiday themed at all. Actually not even in a remotest was it a holiday themed. The other noise level was a lady in a table cat a corner to us who had to make her presence known as soon as she came in. It's not that she didn't seem nice. She was just extraordinarily loud. It was as if she was yelling in my ear. That's how loud she was. The waiter, who largely did very little served all the other tables or drinks, but my table for me and my kids. I had to ask him to get my daughter her juice and then of course he forgot my drink. And then I had to ask him again and I was already more than halfway through my meal. I shouldn't have to ask for my drink several times, especially if you're gonna charge $100 for an adult meal and 50 for a kid. I just find that completely inexcusable for a restaurant that's trying to be high-end. The food was probably awesome if it was hot, but it was lukewarm. I think the biggest letdown was dessert though to be honest. There were two plates that had these really small desserts and they weren't even that many not for a crowded restaurant. I would've thought they would've done way better and provided more desserts and choices. Would I go back absolutely not. Perhaps their regular dinner service is better, but I wouldn't want to take a chance on the service. Maybe it was just my waiter, but that was my experience. I tried to be objective in providing the details here so you can make your own decision for the future, bon appétit.
If I could give negative stars I would. Unfortunately, this Thanksgiving buffet was one of the most disappointing experiences. I've had to date. I never leave reviews and here I am. Warning, this is an extremely overpriced buffet with very poor quality food. Payne almost $600 for four people For frozen and food service prepped buffet items is absolutely despicable. And to boot, they put in a tip for someone to bring you some ice water and possibly clear your plates after you've been done for a period of time. We gave our server almost $100 for a buffet! We will never be returning to Cordova for anything
Each year we go, the quality and quantity of food diminishes. We are very let down this year as it seemed like there were slim pickings for the price that we paid. We paid almost $1000 for food that we could've purchased ourselves 10 times over. Very disappointing.
Please label food if it's gluten free or dairy free. There was no fresh fruit or really May options. Not worth $95 a person
Natalia was so gracious and knowledgeable. The brunch menu and the lunch menu are so delicious and worth it. The lady singing live definitely enhanced the experience. Beautiful place to eat, have some drinks, and have a great time while visiting St. Augustine.
Amazing experience. Food was the best we've had in the area. Definitely planning another visit when friends are in town visiting. Our server Christina was also fantastic
Our server Natalia was wonderful! The food delicious and Natalia enhanced the evening x10 😃
The food lacked flavor. The grilled salmon was covered in tomato sauce, which overpowered the fish, I couldn't even taste the salmon itself. The salad was disappointing as well, made only with kale and overly sweet in taste.
We loved Brunch at Cordova. The price fixed menu is a delight and the entire experience was lovely.

Came here for a family birthday dinner and the whole experience was amazing. We had a large group and they seated us in the back room which was great to have all to ourselves. The staff were all very attentive and Isabella our waitress was truly amazing! The food was delicious and the whole family can't stop talking about the great time we had.
The food was exceptional. Our waiter was one of the best and the manager even checked in to make sure the noise level was okay. I highly recommend this restaurant.
We made reservations and specifically mentioned a birthday. It was also mentioned again to the lady at check in and to the waiter. Not even an acknowledgement was made. We chose to celebrate a special day at this restaurant, ordered the 2 most expensive steaks, prosecco, wine, and aside from the fact that the food took an eternity to arrive, the entire evening was sub par.
Awful. When in St. Augustine there are a ton of better options. Cordova is overpriced - and I don't mind spending a little bit more money - but it's just not worth it. We waited over an hour for an overcooked steak that was dry and wasn't even as described on the menu. Nothing was really good. Everything was just myeh. It's marketed as this really cool looking place and some of the decor is like that. But the tables are just regular wood tables with plain vinyl seats like you'd find in a diner. It's not what you think. The kitchen doesn't know what the hell they're doing. The service is slow and the food is not good. Somebody definitely didn't get the memo.
We have ate here in the past and it was always great but this dinner experience was terrible from start to finish.
