Beautiful restaurant and amazing food! The best meal we have probably ever had. The steak was perfectly seasoned and cooked. The sides were amazing and the dessert was one of a kind. We have eaten at many chophouses over the years and this one tops the list.
We had a wonderful dining experience at Cordova! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing evening. Our server, Christina, was exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. She helped us navigate the menu and made great suggestions that enhanced our meal. The food was delicious; each dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. I particularly enjoyed the Divers Scallops, which was a standout. Overall, the combination of excellent service and delightful cuisine made for a memorable evening. I can't wait to return! Highly recommend!
We went for Sunday brunch. Everything was delicious! The mimosas have unique flavor ideas and were yum. The 4 courses came at a leisurely pace. We never felt rushed and had time to savor each course. Service was top notch. Very friendly and attentive.
Loved the atmosphere and the service was excellent. Great meal: she crab soup, heirloom beet salad (best ever!) and filet cooked to perfection. The menu is somewhat limited, but what is offered is done well. Exceeded expectations for a hotel restaurant. Would definitely dine here again.
My husband and I shared a salad, each got the grouper entree, shared the potato wedges and chocolate mousse trio. Everything was delicious. Only complaint was that everything is a la carte. Never had grouper that was so thick. The onions, sauce and squash was awesome. Biggest complaint would be trying to find the Valet Parking. Directions said on King just east of Cordova. We went around a couple times and could not find it. Better signage would be helpful. Ended up parking behind the Lightner Museum. Actually found the Valet parking after dinner. It just looks like a brick paved alley way from King Street. Other than that Dinner was fantastic.
Service and ambience simply fantastic! The live piano in the bar area was really enjoyable! It echoed some back to the dining area but still a lively presence was nice! Food was good! We share halibut and steak meals! Fish was a little over done and dry but flavorful. Steak was perfect! Overall enjoyable evening!
Server was very pleasant and attentive and the space is beautiful. Also, had a nice glass of Rioja. Rest of the experience was AWFUL. Obnoxiously loud piano, inept hostess, and inedible food. A shame.
The ribeye steak here was really good. We started with a shrimp appetizer and felt it should have been on ice. Didn't taste as fresh as it could have The lobster was great. Farmers salad was beautiful but loaded with onions. Desert was nice. Overall I'd probably not return until they update the menu. Seems like they need a better variety of sides
The food and service was not up to standard. The octopus and pork belly along with our steak was all overcooked and tough. It took a while to get our server Connor over to check on us and get my husband's drink replaced as he brought us over a drink we saw sitting in the window getting dead for a long time. The ambiance was nice but we will not be back. No one acknowledged my birthday either even though I put it on the reservation.
We came to brunch to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. We loved the restaurant before and were thrilled to find the renovation only improved the experience. The atmosphere is plush with decor in jewel tones and more pops of color from the fine art adorning the walls. The service has been and continues to be spectacular, a rare find these days. Our waiter, Mike, anticipated our every wish, from pouring more champagne to bringing the next course. He even whispered to the guitarist that we were celebrating and she dedicated a love song to us. The food, WOW! We loved every morsel of the yogurt berry parfait, the cinnamon monkey bread and the devilled egg with lardon. Then came the cheese and ham croquette and smoked salmon canape. Our entrees were every bit as succulent: fried chicken and waffles for my husband and shortrib and spanish tortilla for me. As satisfied as we were we managed to devour the dessert pastries too. We could not have asked for a more perfect and personal celebration. Thanks Cordova, we love you and we'll be back soon for dinner!

Overall had a pretty pleasant meal. Nice ambiance and somewhat romantic dinner with my wife. But this restaurant cant't be trusted. My wife set her purse and Burberry sunglasses on one of the 4 top seats. After the dinner, after leaving an exceptional tip , and during the drive home. My wife realized she had forgotten to pick up her sunglasses. My wife is a very honest person and knows exactly with no doubt where she left her glasses. When she called the restaurant back, staff said the glasses were nowhere to be found. Obviously someone in the restaurant found them and kept them. Was it my wife's fault for leaving them there by accident?, yes! But a truly respectable establishment would have turned them in. First impressions and trust are extremely important when dining at a high caliber restaurant and Cordova fell below in our expectations. I have dined at a significant amount of high end and Michelin rated restaurants and this whole ordeal just blew me away. It was a lump in the throat negative impression that will be extremely difficult to overcome. I hope they have cameras in the restaurant, but I doubt it. The only thing I do not doubt, is that the sunglasses were left there and someone employed there absconded with them which is quite shameful. It will be very difficult to recommend this restaurant to friends.
We were disappointed in our Father's Day Brunch at Cordova. The food was just okay; the decor was somewhat gaudy, and the mimosas (offered in a dozen or so different variations) were terrible. On the bright side, the service was fine and we did not have to wait long for our food.
Christina took great care of us. Explained the menu and specials of the day. She was very attentive and new that my husband and I were celebrating our 10th year wedding anniversary. Christina made our special night even more special!
We went for lunch (fyi they don't really have much of a lunch menu, I think they're more focused on dinner) just had some drinks and the tuna tartare, which was very tasty!
Both my wife and I have allergies and food intolerances. Despite your restaurant having the best chefs you were not able to come up with a substitute dish. Everything had cheese. The monkey bread was dry with barely any cinnamon. Waffles and chicken was good Overpriced We have been coming here for years Disappointed Jack Cohen
