The ice cream and the waffles are good here but we felt so bad for the girl working. She did an amazing job but she was working alone on a Saturday night and there were a lot of people were coming in.

We love Cousteau’s! It’s always a struggle for me to decide between a milkshake & a waffle, so today I did waffle bites & a milkshake! The whipped cream is delicious too. ? The pups could barely wait until we got home to have some!

The ice cream by far the best I've ever had.
This ice cream is the real deal. It's solid and doesn't melt like ice cream you purchase at a grocery store or another establishment
Choose a cup or variety of cones, waffle, pretzel and more.
My gf got a scoop in a cup and I chose the pretzel cone. Amazing combination between the hard salty cone and an explosion ? of flavors of the ice cream
The establishment was exceptionally clean, the bathrooms were immediately clean, the time ng lady who took care of us had a smile as sweet as the product they sell

Ok, so I've been here two times now, and I will be back! The waffles are TERRIFIC! My wife gets their ice cream, and thoroughly enjoys it. I have had the Whirly Bird, and the Belafonte. Both were so good. At first, I was hesitant because of the price, but the waffles were so worth it. I'll be back.
And, I normally have pictures, but I ate it all too fast.

After receiving a strong recommendation that my wife and I make sure to visit Cousteau's before leaving town, it was pretty disappointing ? We got two milkshakes and some "waffle bites". The milkshakes were good, but nothing out of the ordinary. The waffle bites were bits of a Belgian waffle coated in copious amounts of powdered sugar.
I'm the end, I just didn't get it. A couple milkshakes at Steak 'n' Shake would have been just as good and half the price.

From the moment we walked in, Caroline greeted us with a warm, genuine smile and was incredibly patient as we deliberated over the impressive array of flavors. Her enthusiasm was infectious, and she offered insightful recommendations based on our preferences, which made the decision-making process a delight rather than a chore.

Absolutely worth the 10 min drive down A1A from St Augustine. Favorable and catchy choices with some of the best homemade ice cream I've had. Here for a week and I know we'll be back before heading home in 5 days. The Hennessey was delicious!
