Crabby's Beachside

Had a really great experience here . Saw the live band Chillakaya after hearing them from the beach . Bartender was nice and made my drinks very refreshing. Good food ..Management was helpful on local lodging. Great spot

We were seated quickly, there were 5 adults in our party, another party was sat after us (5 adults) and they were waited on and served before us. We ordered calamari for our table and it came out nearly raw and we sent it back and the second time it came out the same. The ceasar salad was drowned in a sour tasting dressing that wasn’t Caesar, the Chilean sea bass looked and tasted more like tilapia, a medium burger was more like a hockey puck .when we asked to have the calamari taken off the bill, our serves said “yea our calamari crispy like other places, I dunno why”🫠
Oh and did I mention our drinks? They took 25 minutes because the bar was backed up. It was a beer and two sun cruisers. All of which just need their tops opened. 😕

The food & service was good. Nice atmosphere. We had a late 8pm (or after) dinner on a Monday, during off season (mid-September) and two of us sat on the lower patio with the dog. We were starving and went a little crazy. We had two appetizers and two seafood dinners and one canned alcohol drink(196 lemon Seltzer for $6). Our bill was over $100 but we had some leftovers and it wasn't unexpected. It was all good. It felt a little pricey on some things but it's a tourist seafood place at the beach where everything is a little overpriced and we ordered more than we normally would. The prices were likely on par for the beach seafood places in the area and it was nice that they allowed dogs on the patio and were open a little later than most. We would go back. I would expect this place to be busy at peak times and during tourist season.
