Yes, unless they change it like they said.

The food was terrible. Green beans weren’t seasoned and cold. The grits were so soupy I had to use a spoon. The grilled was good however. First time I’ve ever had this happen. Will not go back to this CB again

We couldn’t even eat here, as soon as we walked into the store area it immediately smelled like mold and urine it gave us a headache just to walk around in the gift shop. When we went to go into the restaurant, hoping it was just in the front, it smelled like dirty, spoiled, old mop water and the floor was very sticky. We couldn’t even stomach the thought of eating here. They definitely need to have their store checked for mold and a better cleaning routine. The only positive thing about going in was the staff were very friendly.

I go often for the campfire chicken. Unfortunately, once it’s gone, so am I for the most part. I usually only come to Cracker Barrel during the time they serve that. I wish they would keep the year round.

We love Cracker Barrel and make an to effort to visit a location every time we come to FL, but this location/experience was the worst we've ever had.

Great food! Greater service! I eat here once a week and never had a bad experience. Haley is the best!

Steak and eggs with loaded hashbrowns. Steak; full of gristle but what meat it had was good. Eggs; over easy and good. Loaded hashbrowns; one lump of cheese?semi melted with hashbrowns encrusted on it. Not sure what 'loaded' means unless it was the cheese ball mush? Idk
Coffee mugs brought to the table empty and no coffee offered although we ordered it first. Not busy at all so this must be the norm. Won't be returning.

I arrived shortly after 5pm, there was no one there customer wise, the employees were all hustling in for their night job. The workers in the shop were busy with non customer duties. A couple of groups came in, and we were all sat one after the other in different waitress areas. You can tell that everyone's orders were all placed at one point in time, and all of the waitresses, and I mean all, disappeared to the back at the house, until the food was ready. Food was served to each group, and then all of the waitresses once again, went to the back of the house for no one to see for quite some time. We all know that you deliver food, and you check back quickly to make sure nothing was forgotten, and then halfway through check again. But that didn't happen, the wait was much longer, each time. All the waitresses staying in the kitchen. You can see them back there, when you lean to the side in your chair, and they're all chit-chatting. I could have had the choice to walk to the door to ask for what I needed, or walk up front, that's not normal for cracker barrel. I've never been anywhere where, that all of the waitresses disappear at one time, and stayed gone, I mean come-on.. where was the manager on duty? They had to be up front, and if they weren't, then they were back there with them BS-ing. As for the food, the mashed potatoes were caked, the French toast was tough, the condiments that go with it weren't even brought out. I had to wait until I can catch the waitress again, to ask for these things. The sirloin tips were not completely warm through. Restaurants have some ups and downs for their food, but entire staff disappearing to the kitchen the entire time, can't say I've ever experience that until now.

All our food was cold after waiting over 45 min. They remade it and it was still cold. The cashier asked how the service was and then explained they had a huge order due to bike week. I really do try to understand things come up but they should have a better system. He even shared everyone was complaining that morning. The grandkids love coming here but it was extremely disappointing and it will be awhile before we come back if ever!

Kid-friendliness: My grandkids always love the chocolate chip pancakes I course. They love to color the kids menu and play the games with us. Grandma loves to play and color as well.
