Steak and eggs with loaded hashbrowns. Steak; full of gristle but what meat it had was good. Eggs; over easy and good. Loaded hashbrowns; one lump of cheese?semi melted with hashbrowns encrusted on it. Not sure what 'loaded' means unless it was the cheese ball mush? Idk
Coffee mugs brought to the table empty and no coffee offered although we ordered it first. Not busy at all so this must be the norm. Won't be returning.

I arrived shortly after 5pm, there was no one there customer wise, the employees were all hustling in for their night job. The workers in the shop were busy with non customer duties. A couple of groups came in, and we were all sat one after the other in different waitress areas. You can tell that everyone's orders were all placed at one point in time, and all of the waitresses, and I mean all, disappeared to the back at the house, until the food was ready. Food was served to each group, and then all of the waitresses once again, went to the back of the house for no one to see for quite some time. We all know that you deliver food, and you check back quickly to make sure nothing was forgotten, and then halfway through check again. But that didn't happen, the wait was much longer, each time. All the waitresses staying in the kitchen. You can see them back there, when you lean to the side in your chair, and they're all chit-chatting. I could have had the choice to walk to the door to ask for what I needed, or walk up front, that's not normal for cracker barrel. I've never been anywhere where, that all of the waitresses disappear at one time, and stayed gone, I mean come-on.. where was the manager on duty? They had to be up front, and if they weren't, then they were back there with them BS-ing. As for the food, the mashed potatoes were caked, the French toast was tough, the condiments that go with it weren't even brought out. I had to wait until I can catch the waitress again, to ask for these things. The sirloin tips were not completely warm through. Restaurants have some ups and downs for their food, but entire staff disappearing to the kitchen the entire time, can't say I've ever experience that until now.

All our food was cold after waiting over 45 min. They remade it and it was still cold. The cashier asked how the service was and then explained they had a huge order due to bike week. I really do try to understand things come up but they should have a better system. He even shared everyone was complaining that morning. The grandkids love coming here but it was extremely disappointing and it will be awhile before we come back if ever!

Kid-friendliness: My grandkids always love the chocolate chip pancakes I course. They love to color the kids menu and play the games with us. Grandma loves to play and color as well.

Not good at all.
It was like having left overs and putting in a microwave for 1/2 a min.
It was like not heated at all. and the meatloaf was hard on the ends.

Kid-friendliness: Waiter said sorry

Worst experience with cracker barrel. Tater tot appetizer was a joke. Cheese wasn't even melted. Biscuits and gravy was Biscuits with cup of gravy on side. I want them smothered and covered. Not worth the $100 for 4 meals and drinks.

This has to be the loudest cracker barrel ever. What person wants to eat mac n cheese that's thrown on top of chicken and dumplings? It was a side it should have been plated as a side.Ask for extra crispy bacon and got bacon that looked half cooked.

Tammi is a friendly and kind server.
The food was fine, not amazing but good.
However, this is the second visit in two months where we’ve gone for dinner and someone was loudly sliding chairs around and slamming the broom and dustpan, as they swept up, table after table. It wasn’t closing time. I can tell you, that sound while sitting there trying to talk to my husband and enjoy my meal was obnoxious and annoying, twice now. It’s enough to make me think twice before returning. If it were just to clean up one table after a child ate there or something, I would have no issue but this was a whole row of tables.

The service was a little slower than normal. Might have been a bad day but it did seem slower.
