The so called marinara is tomato sauce from a can. The salads were inedible. The to-go order that I was told would take 25 minutes took over one hour. This was truly some if the worst Italian food I've ever been served.

Dinner on 10-18-24. We had Cheese ravioli and Eggplant rollatini. Both dishes were great. The atmosphere was authentic with real Italian music. Our waitress was Mia and she took care of everything. Too bad we don't live in this area because we would be eating here very often.

My husband and I ate here last night. Everything was amazing!!! Our waitress was off the charts. We talked to her the whole time we were there and took care of us 100%. I never got her name. But she has blonde short hair. We found out she used to live close to where we are from and that of course sparked the best conversation. Thank you so much for the best experience!!! ?

Just got home from another mid-afternoon stop at Giovanni's. Had great service and Chef Alan's pizza was Deee-lish! It was hot, thin and crispy and oh-so good! My side-salad was good, as usual. Always enjoy our stops at Giovanni's!

Was looking forward to eating here. Ordered The calamari and two appetizers belly with side. Appetizer and side salad came out together 45 minutes later waitress comes up and asked if they’re ready for the bill. We haven’t gotten food yet. She said it’s coming right out at this point we would like to wait another 25 minutes. still charge us full price for food is not very good and not worh the wait.
This place was phenomenal! Pizza was the best I've ever had. Service was fantastic. Our waitress Mia was attentive, polite and super nice❣️will definitely come back to eat when we're down in St. Augustine again!

I don’t recommend coming here from my one experience. Maybe an off day? But at dinner rush time there was only one other table of customers.. The server was nice, and kept our drinks full but when told we hated a particular part of the meal (herb and butter potatoes) the response was that something else should have been ordered (in a nice way) but no offer to replace or make right or ask what was wrong with them. The chicken parmigiana was burnt on the edges and very tough, the sauce was boring and tasted like it was dumped straight out of a can. It was so overpriced for what it was. $19 was a whole lot for that chicken parmigiana for sure. The garlic knots were the best part of the meal. The restaurant was super cute and clean.
