Long wait for food, hamburgers looked and tasted like they were sitting under heat lamp. Buns were smashed . We have had better at Culver's. Employees were inattentive, had to repeat order, asked for receipt and was ignored. Twelve employees together were listening to a customer complain about the bad service in drive thru. Nothing was done. Time was 2:15 pm, 3/14/2025, register 1, Culver's #790 St. Augustine, Florida.

When the supervisor of the shift is more worried about addressing patrons at the counter with concerns of them having a service animal or not, and the cashier next to him is "bragging" about being second in the nation for Culver's sales numbers, it's no wonder why a single sandwich order literally took 15 minutes to fill. Maybe we can start addressing time management instead of what the teenage staff is doing after work, it might actually help get things moving along. Super unprofessional, you can literally work anywhere you want in America but yet everyone wants to hate their job; get better staff.

Our first time eating at a Culver's. The burgers, fries with cheese, chicken sandwich, cheese curds, and mix-in were good. We really like the set up of sitting down and them bringing us our order. The service is super friendly!
$27 dollars for a hamburger, curds and a shake is insane 😳… The up charge for the cheese curds is almost $9??? Stay far away from this place for a cheap meal 😂

I thought their hamburgers were supposed to be hot & juicy? Nope, not here. Even the re-order was cold & over-cooked & bun was stale & hard. Girl just said as she walked away “oh well”.

Drive thru order that took 20mins for 2 sandwiches. The clerk did not know simple math, he gave the wrong change. My husband had to go into the restaurant and explained to a 14yr old behind the twice that he was short changed. Train your people the right way! Poor service.

They clearly changed the ice cream recipe here. Tried it twice. Tastes like a Frosty. Skip it until they go back to the old recipe.
Food is good. Shakes are the best in town. A lot of staff, clean restaurant. Fish and chips on the second visit were very good fresh and large portion.
