When I first moved here, they were on point with their food and service however, lately when I go and I wait for a long period of time to get my orders, items are always missing or the burgers or chicken sandwiches seem to be always just thrown together with missing toppings or literally one small piece of lettuce that was sitting out for hours. Or no dressing when I order a salad and pay for extra dressing. Always missing cocktail sauce when I order shrimp. I don’t mind sitting...
We have been visiting our local Culver's a little more frequently, and each time we go in, the staff is extremely friendly to us and accurate with our orders. We even forgot to mention specifics for a concrete mixer custard, and instead of giving us attitude, they just made it happen. Great staff and great food (quality and quantity). We will definitely be going here from now on for our fast food needs.
