Anytime we visit family in St. Augustine, we eat at D’Aleo’s Italian Deli. My favorite is the mortadella and fresh mozzarella roll. My husband loves The Boss roll; it’s a must!! Aside from the rolls, we always take the meatballs, ravioli, and frozen bread to enjoy later at home. Yes, we come ready with a cooler. I can’t tell you the last time we went somewhere as a family and got phenomenal service. We stopped here for lunch and were just blown away. Everyone was super nice and greeted/talked with us when we got there and while we were waiting for the food. Honestly we were treated like we were family and I don’t think I’ve ever been anywhere where I felt like that. Italy is one of my favorite countries. The food the people the, well everything is to die for. And this place is all that and more.
