Waited 30 min to get a table because the restaurant only had 1 server. Also the cook is new and they didn't want to overwhelm him with orders. 55 mins later and we don't have our food. Only 3 parties in the restaurant. Bathroom is dirty with no toilet paper and no paper towels.

VERY understaffed, not clean (walls, windows, and floors were dirty). Waited over an hour for our food. Once the food came, it was good. We were offered a free piece of pie or extra drink for the inconvenience.

Not to say we came at peak hours. The wait was 1 hour to get seated then 20 min to take the orders and an additional 30 for the food to arrive. It was a decent meal for everyone but the lack of management was noticeable. Being a 24 hrs service the employes were so disengaged, seem tired and did not care about people leaving due to long wait for seats. We were a party of 10 and they had to split us in two tables because no large tables at all.

It was late at night and I didn't want fast food. I ordered 2 eggs over medium, hash browns, sausage links, and toast. And ate every bit of it!! So much better than fast food, a real meal late/early in the morning.

The chicken fried steak and eggs with 9 grain pancakes is just damn good. Don't ask me how a Denny's chicken fried steak can be good. I'm still trying to figure it out. Meanwhile I'll have to keep doing quality control.

Never Stayed!! Bathrooms are 100% disgusting and neglected. Garbage Cans over flowing in each stall, toilets and sinks haven't been wiped in how long and it stinks (only saw womens washroom)...If the bathrooms are kept in that state imagine the kitchen, WE left immediately after seeing the washrooms after checking in. As the only Dennys near by all the hotels and tourist attractions, they absolutely need to do better!! ...Health Inspectors have been notified.
They did away with their gluten-free pancakes. Expensive coffee $3.59 a piece not as good. Not worth the $ . I ordered 2 eggs, 4 pcs of turkey bacon with grits. Total breakfast for one person $22. Outrageous ðŸ˜

Horrific service. While the restaurant was not crowded at all, our waitress simply couldn't perform her job. She forgot to come back to take our orders until 20 min later after we had told her that we were ready to place order, then of course she forgot some items which we had ordered. After I had reminded her, she still forgot. Then I waited for another 30min for my cup of chicken soup to come which was a side soup added to my main course, and she forgot to apply the discount rate for side soup (it was listed on the menu) and charged us the regular rate. I had given up correcting her errors and just paid. I hope Denny's would focus more on basic employee training.
