Worst Dennys experience. Paid extra to upgrade to onion rings, got 4 onion rings. My fried steak gravy was so thin I can't think of a liquid to compare it to. My kid's over east eggs were swimming in butter (literally pooled on the eggs. They were out of the brownie sundae. Everything I did seemed to piss off the server off. Our meal took an hour 45 minutes. They almost gave our food to the wrong table coming out in the middle of the floor calling out food and we had to say it's ours

Salmon was under cooked, when told waitress it was taken back to chef. Same peace was returned that was broken up in pieces. Should had replaced the whole meal and not forced to eat parcel meal to wait for the salmon. Waitress didn't great job, responsibility falls on chef.

I sat the counter tonight with several others and we was all so angry. The manager who was cooking tonight was screaming and talking to the cook like he was stupid. He was nicer than I would have been. I cooked at a restaurant before I drove trucks and none of my managers ever talk to me like that or I would walk out. I felt so bad for him because he sound like he really is trying and hey we are all just trying to make a dollar there’s no reason to be so hateful. I almost walked out with the other guys at the bar because she sound so nasty to him. I won’t be back and everyone else sitting with me said same thing. Servers are great but management needs to change before I return.

No one expects Denny to be a 5 star restaurant but the lady cook at night spent the whole time yelling and the staff and I had to send my food back 3 times because it came under cooked every time. How can you want to eat it at that point. Ridiculous I won’t be back worst dennys. Waitress was ok wasn’t her fault
Service was excellent, and every employee I interacted with was kind and attentive. However, Rose, the manager, displayed extremely unprofessional behavior. She was loudly yelling at her staff in the front of the restaurant by the registers while the staff was cleaning and helping customers, cursing, and slamming dishes, to the point that everyone in the restaurant could hear. This went on for about 30 minutes.. It was uncomfortable and upsetting to witness, and I truly felt sorry for the employees who had to endure that treatment. It was to the point I was about to ask to speak with her but it probably wouldn’t have ended well. I just apologized to them on her behalf. Someone who behaves that way should not be in a management position or responsible for leading others. I’d be highly disappointed if I go back and that woman is still there working. No one deserves that abuse and I hope dennys address this immediately
