We get food here often. The people are always nice and the food is great. I'd recommend it.

We ordered take out boneless wings in “Smokey Mountain Gold” and “Cajun Ranch”. The “cajun ranch” wings were great like we’ve had in the past, but the “Smokey Mountain Gold” wings barely had any sauce — there was a drizzle of sauce across the top of the wings and nothing on the bottom of the wings at all. They were just chicken nuggets. I called to see if it was a mistake (maybe they had ran out of sauce?), but the hostess was assured by “Paul” that he had made them properly. The only option I was offered was to drive back to the store, prove to Paul that they weren’t the normal standard, and he’d give us more sauce. They do not have a way of accepting pictures as “proof” via text or email, so here we are.

Have been going to Dicks wings for almost 20 years and have always bragged about the Caribbean Jerk wing, as it's the only one I get. This location used to be decent and consistent, except for the dang front door that has slammed behind you for the whole time I've been a customer( probably since 2018 or so). New ownership took over and I heard someone say they saw a crew working on the front door so I had hopes for them. Nope. Same slamming door, new servers eveytime we go in and the kitchen forgot how to make Caribbean jerk as mine are different every time we go there. It still is a better wing then most other places but not my favorite eyes roll in the back of my head flavor. The reason I get so bothered about the front door is because it's the first impression that every customer experiences when they walk in. If you don't have time to fix that then what else don't you have time to do? I have less and less desire to come to this location.

The only reason why you’re getting one star is as always it’s the only way I can leave a review. You don’t deserve even a star. The customer service is horrible. The food is crap. The place stinks. I don’t wanna apologies from the manager. You can shove your apology where the sun. don’t shine fix your issues or you will be out of business I promise.

The food is absolutely amazing. The Georgia girl is my favorite sauce.!! The service was friendly and quick! Great music selection and fun atmosphere! Awesome spot for the family!!

We were not impressed.. my family all wanted something different so this was our choice we left half of our food because the food was not good and very greasy ... My son's and daughters was on the well done side

Awesome! That word describes the whole experience here. Our service from Frannie was incredible, the wings were some of the best we've ever had. The owner even checked on our service and the meal.
Definitely will be back again & again!!

We came in for a quick meal with our kids. Waited over 45 minutes for our food. Nobody apologized for the delay or gave us a heads up that the kitchen was slow. When we finally got our food, my wings were sitting in pools of oil, the Mac and cheese tasted microwaved, and my husband’s wings were cold. I couldn’t even finish my food because it was so unappetizing. They did remake my husband’s wings. But overall the experience was just horrible. I left feeling frustrated over how much time we spent there and how much money I spent on really horrible food. I walked over to Publix after and bought popcorn chicken for $4 because I was still hungry.
