Management is exceptional specially owner JAMES. He works hard in the kitchen& the floor and really cares about the customers! He remember an order from 1 year ago that was wrong and made it right. Quality food and quality people!

My family and I tried to give this place another chance and it was way worse. We waited almost 45 min. Maybe even longer for our food two families walked in after us and they got there food way before us. The food taste like it had been sitting under the heat lamp our wings were not hot neither were the fries. I will only be going to the Dick's Wings off of US-1 for now on.

A nice little place.
We ordered wings, burgers and sandwiches. Everything was delicious, we were full and very satisfied.

Absolutely the best wings I have ever had, with outstanding service
This has happened to me several times, when calling to place an order the phone gets picked up then hung up very fast. Guess I go somewhere else.

The wings were excellent, but the service was kinda slow (took about 45 minutes to get 15 wings from order to table). The waitresses didn't appear to be busy, but maybe the kitchen was busy.

Wings were very good. Service was as well. We’re out of the two choices of beer I prefer. Limited selection to begin with….Packers\Eagles game not available due to Direct TV issues?

Might just do takeout if I choose to return.

My burger was absolutely the best I've had in Florida. The wings my friends had were perfectly done. My wife broccoli was not so good but they were very quick to substitute it. An absolutely amazing display of customer service in a restaurant with a fabulous owner and excellent staff!!! It's a long drive but we WILL be back...

Food was very good but… we were the only ones in there and we waited over 30 for our food, while everybody was standing around and talking amongst themselves while our food was in the window…. Like I said food was great, service.. not so much

Numerous poor dining experiences in the past few months have led to this review. One experience of being forgotten about while being the only guest dining, which entailed waiting over 30 minutes for our order of wings and fries, the last straw was this past week, when dining in the wings being undercooked. This was just the beginning, service staff consistently have been none attentive, never checking back in or refilling beverages, after receiving our undercooked wings, we had to walk them back to the kitchen, while waiting on the order to be corrected no one came to the table, eventually leading us to pay at the take out counter and leave without any of the food we ordered nor staff members being accountable for their lackluster performance.
I will not be taking myself or others out for wings anywhere near either location here in St Augustine!

They need to let their chickens mature a little more so they don't look like pigeon wings...they had good flavors though

This is the absolute best place to get a salad, juicy thick hamburger, chicken sandwich & wings if you have high standards you'll not be disappointed! Jesse Asst Manager will hook you up with the best bang for your buck! Everyday they have a special that is amazing quality & value of food on specials. The Hamburgers for $5 & huge "Buff fried chicken salad" $10 w/ the amt if all white chicken that is on there & toppings is perfection! I have a tight budget this is the ticket! Highly recommend!

Not many burgers get the approval of my daughter, she said, now this is a real burger. And the white cheese cubes are sooooo gooood!!!!! Thank you Manager James and busy crew!
