Domino's Pizza

We Ordered online pizza and garlic knots. They were very quick in service. They had good amount of toppings added to our pizza.

It took an hour and a half for my delivery. No update, no one would answer the phone. Rude customer service when I finally did get through

This domino's made me like domino's again. I stopped ordering the sandwiches because they always came out to hard. Tried this location and everything was cooked to to perfection. On 12/13 8:30 pm. 👏

If I could give this place no stars I would. They are HORRIBLE. they always, even on a Monday have extremely long delivery times. And the pizza is always cold and they refuse to make it right. I’ve lived in the same house for 5 years. They really need to get corporate in there to clean that place up. I’ve tried and tried again to give them chances and they are horrible every single time. order from Pizza Hut they’re so much better.

So when we moved in at the being of the year the crew(s) that were normally on the later side (my husband works late and adores pizza 🤷‍♀️) were wonderful. I had 1 night where as soon as I ordered online I wanted to cancel and change it. That manager that night didnt care. They never answered the phone. The driver had told me the driver that manager had a brake down and wasnt answering any calls I can look in my order history for date and time. I called many times no answer and it was international no not answer the phones that night.

I've ordered from this Domino's a few times and usually received pretty satisfactory service. However, last night it took them 2 hours to deliver my pizza. I can understand though, it was dinner on a Friday night so it probably gets chaotic. But I got an email from them offering a 20% discount or a free medium pizza due to the wait, without me even saying anything. So I think that made up for it.

I ordered for car side delivery and sat in my car with my sleeping 17 month old for 7 min after the food said it was ready. I had to go in there and get it. They then got my order wrong and my food was cold. I ordered 8 wings and they gave my parmesan bites

We ordered a pizza last night and it was one of the best Dominos pizzas we’ve ever had! Super cheesy and yummy. The employees inside were super friendly too. Thank you!

Delivery time changed 4 times . I understand things happening , being short staffed etc. but to not even get an explanation to what is going on is beyond frustrating. The doosh canoe that answered the phone lied to me and said my order would be on time as originally projected and that wasn’t the case waited over an hour and when I called back to ask if it were even coming the store wouldn’t even pick up the phone. Hopefully this location will just get shut down seems like a lot of ongoing shenanigans from this specific location. Don’t order here if you do order online make sure you tip in cash because otherwise the service your tipping for is a waste of.

If I could give 0 star I would. This location is a nightmare all the way around. I did an order on the app just for it to sit on “prep” for two hrs. When I called to ask what’s going on I was told “we are just super busy”. I told them I would come get it. When I got to the store I sat for another 30 mins just to walk in and find employees not doing a thing but talking. Then they got upset because I was upset. I then asked for a refund just to be rudely told we can’t refund because you did the order on the app. I will be contacting corporate dominos about this

Hands down the worst pizza I have ever eaten. It was cold and I paid 40 to get something I wouldn't feed my dog!! The standards at this dominos is very low!!

I have called several times way before they close and they never pick up the phone to take my order,
This store is pathetic and If I owned it I garuntee that none of them would be able to get employment in St Augustine again after I fire them.
