I’ve been waiting for an hour and 15 minutes and I still have not received my pizza.
I’ve called literally 10 times and no one has answered the phone to give me an update on my Pizza.
Service is terrible
Whatever you do, don’t order your pizza from this location.

I called to check on delivery, which was 30-40 minutes past the estimated time. The customer service was the worst. I asked to be refunded the delivery fee, which the guy said he couldn’t. Fair enough. I asked what can he refund or take off and he said “I don’t know “. Wow!!!
This is an indictment on training, management, child rearing. You name it!!!

Julian is awesome! The food is absolutely the best quality out of all of the dominos I have ever eaten at. The store is clean, the staff was all super friendly and welcoming when I got there. Julian took it to the next level with customer service! Keep up the great work and I will keep driving the extra 10 minutes to this location!

Told us it would be 45 min. 1 hour later I called and it was still there ?? He told me it was delivery guys fault and it would be kept warm. Then the a hole hung up on me. Got COLD PIZZA after 1.5hour and it was horrible. Never again. Read the reviews. To many other choices to eat COLD, LATE PIZZA and have a dick hang up on me. Spent $80 and it sucked. Bad manager. Stay away.

Ordered online through the app, notice pizza never went out for delivery. Called store to verify, and was told pizza was out for delivery. Waited another 20 minutes, pizzas are now over an hour late. Called back and was hung up on multiple times. Finally talked with someone and was told they had no idea what was going on or where the pizzas were. Will never order Domino’s again.

Have you been promised a refund for a bad order service which never came through? Did a “Jody” or by any other name promise that refund? And when you followed up, you are told no one by that name works there, lol! If so, pls leave a comment.
We are regular with Dominos but this specific store at Nature Walk Parkway has been a disaster - pizzas not fully baked and wrong orders are the norm. I let it pass a couple of times. In the last instance, a “Jody” promised to set it right by authorizing a refund at his end … which never showed up. Following up after a week, after a Hem n Haw when I asked to speak to Jody, they disowned the poor guy’s existence.
Looking back I had ended double tipping the driver since Jody had told me that the refund would also return the tip, which as I explained never came through.
Only carry out from the better service Dominos store down the street on CR210 or Papa John’s from now on.

So glad its under new management the stores are finally getting better had so many issues with the last manager.
This was not the first time they made a poor pizza and missed toppings. They have been consistent in ruining Domino’s pizza.

This location has the very best Domino's pizza and great service. Special shout out to the young man working today, he was all by himself and my heart went out to him. He was putting pizzas through, restocking ingredients, phones ringing off the hook, and nobody was there to help him. He gets 10 stars all the way, great work ethic, customer service, and OUTSTANDING HUSTLE!!!! They are truly Blessed to have you! 💯

I recently visited and placed an order for some wings when viewing the menu I thought the garlic Parmesan was dry rub, upon getting home i realized it was doused in sauce and thought I got the wrong item. So I called and asked about the garlic wings and the associate working explained it was correct but offered to make a new one for me. I appreciated that he did that. Overall the food was great and awesome customer service.
