I had the corned beef, cabbage and Potatoes. The corned beef and potatoes were very good, The cabbage was a bit too hard. The waitress did get me another order of cabbage but it was still too hard for my liking and what I’m accustomed to

Sometimes we go here and it is wonderful...other times it is barely mediocre. Hit or miss. :\\ UPDATE: new owners and the place is getting a much needed freshening up. Food seems better and there has been a breath of new life breathed into it. :)

Attended open mic on Wednesday night. Some good music. The sandwiches are well made and tasty.

Shouldn’t need to give an “Irish pub” two chances at pouring a Guinness, but I did, second came out with the same awful pour as the first, bartender/busboy duo gave me lip saying I don’t know what I’m talking about like he’s the expert. My partner had fish and chips and she liked them but my burger was obviously in the window too long for the poor server to hold the plate and was cold. Maybe just a Tuesday night fluke but either way kid needs to keep to bussing tables or find a new job.
