So, my wife and I came to have lunch. She had the shepherd's pie and I had pot roast. The carrots and celery were absolutely raw in both dishes. We brought this up to Kat the waitress and she was completely rude about. I said that the veggies in stews and roasts are supposed to be tender and she argued with me saying they always make it like this and she's never heard a complaint before. The actual roast meat itself was pretty good so I ate that. No offer for a discount or anything for an incomplete dish. I have been here before and had the fish and chips which were pretty good. But after how Kat treated us, we don't be back. This place is above average as far as price so I expect above average quality. They missed the mark.
