Have come here many times. This time was awful. Took forever to get help. The ladies were there but busy and not helpful. I ordered a sesame bagel double toasted and the lady looked and said there was only one. When i opened the bag on the road it was completely burnt.

Great coffee, liked the everything bagel bites but not enough for the money would be better off buying a regular bagel with cream cheese, Friendly and professional staff
I came in for 6 donuts, I wanted old fashioned with chocolate on the top but the young guy taking my order told me they don’t sell those. A young lady I’m guessing she was the manager made sure I got my special request! She personally went to the back and put chocolate frosting on the donuts. I thanked her and asked for her name I believe it starts with a V but

Stopped to buy 2 dozen donuts. While waiting for the rain to let up. I noticed the racks of donuts where being emptied into a.trash bin. When we were serving them, they tasted like "old" oil and stale. I will not be buying from there in the near future. Also to note, the girl could have said something to us. Since waiting for the rain to stop, I could have easily waited for a fresh batch of donuts.

I Visit This Store Often, Past Experiences Wasn’t So Great But My Last Few Visits I was served great food and fast service. The new manager Virginia was very attentive. Made sure I was satisfied. Also very friendly ‘ highly recommend this Dunkin’
