Every time I go to this location, I order the Chocolate Mocha Signature Latte iced nothing special or different with the drink. Every time I am handed my coffee it's incomplete no whipped cream or chocolate. Today my husband ordered me a large chocolate mocha signature latte iced and was given a large iced latte 4 cml choc syr, it's so sweet and nothing like what was ordered. Very disappointed with the attention to detail at this location.

Went to this location after leaving St Augustine to head to work in Orlando.. had a breakfast sandwich around 6 am and a coffee I threw away after one sip because the milk tasted rotten) around 9 am after 6 clients arrived I had to send them all home and be rushed to the hospital with severe food poisoning. Not looking forward to the hefty bill and loss of work :(

OMG This location has restored my faith in donuts as a whole. The munchkins are so fresh and the chocolate cake glazed donuts were so fresher. I live in Palatka and was skeptical bc of fear of them being dry but OMG so fressshhh. The manager has a big bright smile. I was passing thru going to the VA. GOOD JOB DUNKIN I

They need a manager on-site. I don't believe that any of staff are old enough to drive. Employees pay more attention to their phone than the customer.

Gave me a hot cup of coffee without making sure the lid was on properly. It’s spilled on my leg as I checked to see if the lid was on.

Have come here many times. This time was awful. Took forever to get help. The ladies were there but busy and not helpful. I ordered a sesame bagel double toasted and the lady looked and said there was only one. When i opened the bag on the road it was completely burnt.
