I came in for 6 donuts, I wanted old fashioned with chocolate on the top but the young guy taking my order told me they donāt sell those. A young lady Iām guessing she was the manager made sure I got my special request! She personally went to the back and put chocolate frosting on the donuts. I thanked her and asked for her name I believe it starts with a V but

Stopped to buy 2 dozen donuts. While waiting for the rain to let up. I noticed the racks of donuts where being emptied into a.trash bin. When we were serving them, they tasted like "old" oil and stale. I will not be buying from there in the near future. Also to note, the girl could have said something to us. Since waiting for the rain to stop, I could have easily waited for a fresh batch of donuts.

I Visit This Store Often, Past Experiences Wasnāt So Great But My Last Few Visits I was served great food and fast service. The new manager Virginia was very attentive. Made sure I was satisfied. Also very friendly ā highly recommend this Dunkinā

I frequent this location often but the last several times my coffee is always made wrong or they do not put the cold foam on that I paid for. They even tried to argue with me about how my coffee was made wrong when Iām the one that customizes the order. Why even have the cold foam option if you can never add it anyway.

Went through the drive thru this morning 6/30 and the grumpy lady at the window gave me my sweet tea which was over flown and spilled all over my car. She then handed me my iced coffee with the top half on which then spilled on me. I asked her to please put the top on and she decided to tell me not to grab the drink from the top, which I didnāt or else the drink would have spilled all over the floor before it got in my car. Very poor service with no care for the customer. Kookaburra will be receiving my orders from now on.
