Stopped in one of the new wall in/drive in Dunkin Donuts Stores. Didn't have a good experience. While an emplysrood at the counter, you have to place your order yourself on their counter kisok. As two of us struggled trying to find the donuts and coffee we wanted to order the employees just watched. It took forever to find items on the kiosk. Then the computer has the BS to ask if we want to leave a tip! Then the kiosk credit scan doesn't work! Who comes up with these crazy self ordering ideas?
Then we have to wait for a lousy coffee and day old donuts. Not again!

All I can say is this will always be my favorite location. The staff are more than happy to go above and beyond for you. I experienced an unfortunate situation as I was placing our order in the drive thru. The staff came out to help without hesitation and made our morning!!! Thank you to kind staff that helped a mother in a time of need. And a special thanks to the father who taught his daughter to jump a car. In a time I could cry these ladies showed kindness and compassion.

I came thru the drive through about 30 min before close. Donuts were stale already. Which whatever. Fair enough. But then I got milk. SPOILED and I drink some and I was sick after. Went back through and they gave me a chocolate milk.

For those of us out here that may not have much of a Thanksgiving happening or family home this year to cook for, I really appreciate this location being open this afternoon after coming back to town from dropping my teenagers to their father's.
I was feeling so sleepy on my drive back and was just hoping for just a little pick-me-up. The location at US 1 South looked closed from the road, so I didn't try that one--but I kept my fingers crossed about this location being open as it is even closer to home.
I was so delighted to see signs of life at the to-go window upon approach and when the voice came through the mic at the drive-thru menu I made sure first and foremost to thank her for working, today.
I ordered a small Iced Cookie Butter Cloud Latte for the first time and wow! I just love the cookie topping!
I am a sprinkle fanatic so of course I had so swing for the seasonal sprinkle munchkins.
Really, just what I needed today.
I made sure to tip 20%, and I hope everyone that comes through on this Thanksgiving Day remembers to be generous to the workforce taking care of us all, today.

Worst Dunkin I have been too. I have tried this place several times. I love the refreshers but this location always fills the cup to the max with ice, drink is over powered in flavor because they don't mix enough sparkling water due to too much ice. Sparkling soda is always flat. Ordered snackin bacon here multiple times and something has been severely wrong with it, taste rotten everytime and can't even eat it.

No indoor seating, 3 tables outside, this is a basically drive through or take out only location. Touch screen ordering inside. Fast service if you aren’t looking for a place to sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee. Out of jelly donuts.
My wife loved the dunakalatte. And if she's happy I'm happy.

I visit this location many times. The woman named Alison is very polite,helpful, and takes care of my coffee needs! Kudos to her...That is the main reason why I visit that location to get my coffee.. She is a Asset to Dunkin!!! Great Job 👍

I mostly go there for a bagel 🥯. Atmosphere? This one is mostly a drive thru place but you can walk in to carry out. I'm old school and not interested in messing around with a touch screen to place my order 😔
