I mostly go there for a bagel 🥯. Atmosphere? This one is mostly a drive thru place but you can walk in to carry out. I'm old school and not interested in messing around with a touch screen to place my order 😔

I’ve been here a few times and never had any issues. I just finished my entire cold brew and I realized there’s a piece of metal at the bottom of my cup?? Definitely pretty grossed out, not sure I can go back to this location.

This Dunkin was packed, a lot of mobile orders, long drive through line and people inside. The girls inside did amazing getting everything out, and everything was right! Vanessa, Allison, Angela, and Isabella are rockstars!!

I went with my baby in her stroller this morning. The service was absolutely fantastic and the food was perfect. As I was leaving, I was holding my food and put the coffee in the stroller cup holder. As I was leaving the store, the coffee fell from the cup holder and spilled everywhere near the front door. The employees were all very kind and helpful and even offered to replaced my coffee. They were truly what saved the experience for me. I suggest putting an ADA Push Button Door Opener for people who have mobility needs and parents with strollers! Trying to open the door with everything I bought and get the stroller out was really what caused me to spill my coffee. Kudos to the employees for making the situation better but I think the store could be more accessible.

The ladies were very professional handing out the food and handling the Guy who was preparing the food. The guy was extremely unprpfessio al arguing with the ladies who took one of my sandiwches to switch it with the correct order but he kept arguing with them loudly and they told him that she is the customer and get the sandwich done and came to me with the sandwich and apologized for his behaviour. Thabk you ladies.

Ordered a sandwich which was fine. Ordered a large coffee cause I wanted a large. Noticed it felt light, pulled the lid off, and it's not full. Maybe some would say it's full enough... But I already know it's not the best coffee so for over $5 I expect it to be full
