My “Dunkalatte” add mocha was fantastic, and the cashier was incredibly kind with a great personality. She ever recommended a drink that I’m interested in trying the next time (Dunkalatte add caramel & blueberry.)

The food was ok but the service was horrible. The teenager at the register had a hoodie with some unknown white rapper or celebrity with two middle fingers in the air. Later, I asked another employer (teenager too) for an empty cup and she didn't understand my simple request. Nothing against teenagers. I have known many responsible ones, but there were none there that day

The experience here was very nice, the workers here are very joyful and friendly, and they all have welcoming smiles on their faces which gives me an amazing impression! Also, the waiting time was like basically zero, I didn’t even have to waiting longer than 30 seconds, which was extremely helpful for those who are in need of their time!

The inspirational adventure
Came here during a work emergency to use the Wi-Fi. Internet was super strong and the workers were really sweet and let me get my assignment done and then order when I was ready. Left with a bunch of donuts. Didn’t even want donuts, but definitely going to support this business and come here every time I can. Nice place to get some work done. Awesome very sweet caring employees. Thanks y’all.

To whom this may concern. We came in and attempted to place my order, it was difficult to hear with the loud music in background, the cashier did not listen very well anyway as I repeated myself a couple times and order still wasn't placed right by cashier. I ordered a small Vanilla non sweetened frozen coffee like I do all the time it came out sweetened, ordered vanilla iced coffee with almond milk and that wasn't correct either they added something that gave me an unwanted upcharge. When we got order we didnt notice that it was wrong in flavor till we got to car. I noticed uncharged right away. We never asked for anything extra. Manager practically ignored me as I was trying to tell her order wasn't right and I have some up charge for I don't know what reason. She said we had to have asked for something extra when we did not!!! Also I ordered a (strawberry) cream cheese bagel non toasted and when I get to car I have a regular cream cheese bagel yuck!!!! I was pissed off i didn't even get to eat my breakfast gave it to my daughter. Did not get to enjoy my frozen coffee due to being so sweet. I had to get to work so I didnt have time to get order fixed not that i feel anything would have been done anyway with the attitude of the manager and her walking away as I was trying to find out why I was charged extra. I understand we all have bad days but im a customer and i felt like they both could care less we were there. Unsweetened means unsweeted i have no idea what this cashier did and she must have been new she kept asking for help from manager and I come to this location regularly and haven't ever had an issue. I am not happy with how things went down and my daughter was with me and she heard my order she said. I want to come back to this location but I'm very upset about how I felt we were treated this morning when we are regular customers at least 1 to 2 times a week I am limiting my sugar and received sweetened frozen coffee is disappointing 😕 daughters iced coffee wasn't correct either very disappointing. My bagel was not correct. I am just disappointed it's sad. Over $17.00🤑 dollars waisted this morning no enjoyment of what we received at all. 😢

Yeah, the lady in the drive-through was nice but God forbid this place has employees that practice hygiene. The drive-through girl was handing me my stuff and I couldn’t help but to see that it looked like she was digging a hole with her bare hands before shift. Please, somebody get this girl a nail scrubber. I hope that they are not letting this person handle food. Verrryy concerning and makes customers feel like this place is unsanitary
