The manager that was there seemed very stressed. We ordered 6 donuts and 5 drinks They messed up two of the drinks. The lady behind the counter seemed frustrated when I told her the drinks were wrong I will never go to this location agian That was my first at the store
Walked in said good morning. Looked at me and no acknowledgement of me standing there ready to order. 4 workers and not said anything to me. Asked for help and still no response. Walked out.

This location cannot get orders right recently. What is so hard about adding caramel swirl to a drink? The past few times we’ve ordered only about half the orders have not have the flavor swirl in the drink(s)! We just picked up this morning and only 1 of the 2 iced lattes had the swirl. How??? Yes the sticker said to add the swirl. I learned to take a sip before leaving but my husband didn’t this time but we’re done coming to this location bc of the constant mess ups which sucks because this one is not even a half mile from us…so now we’ll go out of the way to go back to the old spot a few miles away

This place is disgusting. The workers in the back share and smoke nicotine and get high during work. The back is also disgusting and is never cleaned and the workers are very rude and nasty. One of them is 16 and vapes in the back. Really good work environment there.
The service is terrible and the employees can’t take their job serious and the ladies that work here threw food at a customer!! Terrible place wouldn’t recommend coming here

The owner doesn’t care about his customers at all. I had walked up with my 3 year old and with only cash and was told they only accept card inside cash is only in the drive thru.they wouldn’t ring me up through the drive thru. Some one else in line had to pay for my meal and I ended up losing some dollars because of no change. I was really upset and talked to the general manager. She said that inside has to take cash if that’s all you have. She was very apologetic and sincere. She told me she would comp me a free meal of my choice which I thought was fair. So I come back to the store a couple weeks later with my daughter and ask for my free meal. The general manager quit, so the store owner was there. He looked at me and asked what I would like I told him and he asked for my original receipt. I gave it to him he looked at it and told me “ no! I’m not giving you a free meal at all, I don’t care what the other general manager said, I’m not giving you any free food at all”. The owner wouldn’t make his customers happy, he doesn’t care if your a customer and have a terrible experience. The owner doesn’t care about keeping customers. My daughter loves going to dunkin doughnuts. We will never ever go to this location again. The owner cares more about his money than his customers who actually make him money. I would go to this location multiple times a month and spend over $10 each time, this guy just lost me, my daughter, my husband, my neighbors, my co workers all from this absolutely terrible experience. I have never been treated so rudely and so disrespectful by any owner ever. This owner shouldn’t be aloud to have this store. I’m gonna find out what other stores he owns and make sure to never visit them. He’s greedy and doesn’t care about his customers. I have already talked to corporate and they were very upset an owner would treat his customers like this.
