Terrible, the employees were not helpful and barely talked to me. They never asked if I'd like anything else or told me what my total cost was. The coffee was watered down and it seemed like they knew it but served it to me anyway. Disappointed.

Don’t like to right reviews for places like dunkin because it is always a hit or miss but today was just really disappointing. It is clear this team lacks some training, but that is not on the team, but the management of dunkin instead. I ordered a shaken espresso with almond milk and caramel and was charged for a brown sugar shaken espresso with almond milk and oat milk each being 80 cents. A $6 drink turned into $8. It is not a big deal but when I went to correct the person making the coffee I was met with attitude. I understand this job can be stressful, but i was trying to be very respectful. The cashier was very nice though, and my previous experience with this dunkin was positive.

My Coffee to the sandwiches are always perfect and the smile on one of the Employees, Xzander, always makes my day!! Dunkin is lucky to have such a caring employee!!! Definitely recommend this location in St. Augustine on San Marco!!
