I placed a mobile order to be ready by 5:20 am. 5:00 am it indicates they are working on my order - great! I pull up at 5:20 and the building is dark. I witness two trucks try the drive through with no luck. The doors are locked. I walk back to my vehicle, and then the lights start coming on. The app says they are open and my food is ready but when I walk in, they ask if I had a mobile order and start getting it ready then. So now I’m late, leaving there 10 minutes after when the app indicated it was “done” and they forget part of my order. A third person shows up out of nowhere, the place is messy, and I’ll probably not use this particular store again.

I walked in asking for a large blended maciato with extra shot of coffee, the guy at the front register gave me a hard time and was rude, didn’t get what I ordered and didn’t get my full refund, like I said I’m not coming back here again, super rude staff the rude person was named trace.

We come to this dunkin all the time and something was very wrong tonight. We have never had a bad experience here but today was just weird. Only 1 employee was working, a young man who does not seemed to be trained well. He was all alone and was overwhelmed with our order which turned out terrible. The coffee was watered down he seemed to keep forgetting that he pumped the flavored syrup so there was probably 8 pumps in our coffees making them super sweet, and then because another coffee for the drive through got whip cream he just puts it on top of my ice coffee as well. The drive through lady even ripped the togo window open and was yelling. I was in a hurry and just took these abominations. We took one sip and ended up throwing them out. Please help this young man with some much needed training. He really didn't seem to know what he was doing.
I was very disappointed... I got the $6 meal.... I got pieces of the small hash browns and the croissant was so burnt and it was smashed... It was smashed to fit in bag because they gave me a box... No reason to that way... Not happy at all!
