This is my local Dunkin’ Donuts. I don’t know why I even still go here because they can’t get orders right there’s literally at least one thing wrong with my order every single time that I go there for example today I ordered the bacon jam grilled cheese on the sourdough bread, it’s literally three slices of cheese, bacon and bacon jam somehow, I ended up with a egg patty on it and only one slice of cheese. I tried to call into the store to make a complaint as I was halfway up I95 When I opened my sandwich and realized it. This is just one of many incidences where it just seems like the staff members are not trained properly or are just utterly incompetent. I have filed a complaint before with corporate and requested that somebody called me back and never received a call so obviously the management doesn’t care nor does the franchise owner 10 out of 10 do not recommend this place they can’t even do the basic stuff right, your coffees will usually end up looking like they’re more milk with just a shot of coffee in them

Our church was hosting a Ladies Day event when our coffee machine suddenly stopped working. My friend and I rushed to the Dunkin on SR16, hoping they could help us get a large batch of coffee made as quickly as possible. Without hesitation, the amazing crew jumped right into action and started brewing fresh coffee immediately!

When we went to leave, we noticed the lid on the large carafe wouldn’t close properly on one side. I didn’t feel comfortable driving with it like that—but then Diva, one of the employees, graciously offered to drive it herself! She absolutely went above and beyond to make sure the coffee made it safely to our event.

To Diva and the entire SR16 Dunkin team in St. Augustine — thank you for saving our day! You made a room full of ladies very happy with your kindness, quick teamwork, and (of course) delicious coffee! ☕💖

I wanted to place my order on the app but the app still won't accept any kind of payment and the cashier always messes up my order so it's a waste of money. I got the $6 meal deal (bagel, egg, bacon, no cheese. hash browns, ice coffee with cream and sugar), it was awful. the breakfast sandwich had cheese on it that I picked off which in turn removed the bagel inerds (a lot of internal swearing and I wanted to cry), the hash browns was burnt, and the ice coffee needed more cream and sugar (DD isn't like Starbucks where cream and sugar is in the dinning area) so I had to wait until I got back to the motel to fix up my coffee.

Overallness: bagel had cheese on it. hash browns was burnt. ice coffee was straight black coffee, missing cream and sugar.

I should have kept walking to Bojangle's (3 hour walk from motel). their app works, the food is never messed up, and my order is always correct.

I have had 4 or five different issues with this location which upsets me because it’s so close to my job. They usually fix the mistake however this time it made me late for work and they took my hash browns. I usually order through the app because anytime I order through their drive-through. They mess it up. So I made an order for two $6 dollar meal deals. I pull up to the drive-through tell them I’m there they give me my food. I say thank you I leave. I drive to my husband’s job to drop off his food. I had asked for no cheese on my bacon croissant egg sandwich. They give me cheese and bacon no egg on both of them. I drive back up there and tell them and show them the receipt. She fixes the mistake. I get back to my husband’s job drop off his food and I go to work. I’m already 10 minutes late because of the whole issue. And then I get to work and realize in the middle of fixing my order they take out my hashbrowns and don’t give me any. Now I know my husband didn’t have any in his box because he already ate his. And they didn’t put it in his box because I looked when I dropped it off. I’m just kinda getting tired of always having issues with this exact store and when you call them they don’t answer but when I went back, they were just standing around so they don’t wanna answer the phone. Because they know they’re gonna get complaints cause they’re not doing their jobs properly. Either get a new manager or hire all new crew. Because something’s not working..

Ordered a box of joe at 8pm which is an hour before close and they said they don't know how to make it. Huh? Tip box up pour in coffee ? Send sugar cream and cups. What kinda business are you running here. Real sad.smh... update... well played. Send box of coffee but no creamer...no sugar.. no cups.

My family and I came in around 12:30pm The food doesn’t smell right , the drinks don’t taste right, everyone is standing around with their hands in their pockets and giggling and looking back over their shoulders at us we couldn’t even eat our food we’re worried they did something to it. The guy at the counter can’t even take an order . Management please hire people that are smart enough to do their jobs

Try to order my daughter, a frozen chocolate through the drive-through and the entire staff had no idea what a frozen chocolate was when it’s the first drink on your menu! Maybe this is why you’re all working at Dunkin’ Donuts!

Second time I’ve gotten spoiled chocolate milk. No one answers the phone to let them know and when I go back the next day and tell them all I get is I’m sorry.
