Unfortunately, not a very pleasant experience due to the fact that the person serving the donuts this morning was extremely rude. I went through the drive-through and ordered 24 donuts. They heard 24 donut holes when I corrected him and told him no that’s not what I asked, for he gave attitude and then asked me to pull forward and when he brought me the donuts, there was no have a good day you’re welcome. He just handed it and walked away as he’s speaking underneath, his breath, not very welcoming and the coffee is never made right always to watery has no taste. I hate this, but Dunkin’ Donuts feels like it’s going downhill.

Customer service SUCKS at this location
We haven’t been to this location before and did a mobile drive thru pick up. We couldn’t find the menu board anywhere so we just pulled around the building until we found the window. As we approached the window this guy name frank who works there started yelling at us and being completely disrespectful and yelling at us to pull to the menu board in the back( again we didn’t know where it was) that conversation could of gone a whole lot better if he just showed us some kindness. Everything tasted great - and I spilled a few drips of coffee on my white shirt went up to the counter (really just hoping, knowing they probably wouldn’t) asked if have any vinegar or baking soda, they didn’t but after I came back from the bathroom this girl behind the counter let me use her TIDE PEN. Lifesaver. 100/10 customer service - shout out to her

The young man that works there needs to learn how to work with people. He was obviously upset when I began to place an order. There were no other customers in the place. The young lady also had a expressionless look on her face and was not any better. Never going to this location again. I lived here five years ago for twenty years. This location had bad service before and it is worse now.

Moved to St.Augustine 3 years ago, this location is by far the best out of all locations. They make the best Dunkin Midnight and food is always made fresh. Considering how much people stop by in the morning, I’m never waiting longer than 6min at the drive thru. Any concerns with your order, it’s fixed right away and with no attitude. Very satisfied with this specific location

Coffee and wraps were good. Counter help was slower getting to us but she was taking orders for drive thru and walk up. Food and coffee were done quickly. Table was not clean.

A guy with glasses proceeded to pick his nose and whipe it on his shirt then grabbed doughnuts and put them in a box. A another lady that is skinny and pale with brown hair picked her weggie while yelling at customers in the drive through while waiting 10 plus minutes for one cup of coffee . I won’t be returning. Dunkin do better. Starbucks will have my business now.

I go to this Dunkin almost every morning and the morning crew is so nice and efficient. The morning crew had told me they have happy hour 12-4 so I went today to get an iced coffee. I was shocked at how rude the lady at the drive thru window was. She told me the amount of the coffee which was $1.07 and I gave her $1.25 and I had told her I would have tried to find the exact change but didn’t want to keep her waiting and she just assumed I didn’t want my change and shut the window in my face without saying have a good day or anything. Then I tried to get her attention and wanted the change back and she just gave me a stare and said nothing else. It’s a good thing the coffee was 99 cents because it wasn’t even that good this time.

Twice I filled out an application for employment at this facility. Not sure where the first application went. As a disabled Navy veteran in my 50s I can’t help but feel I’m a little discriminated against here. I went above and beyond to get there to interview with the manager and fill out a second application and was told I would get a phone call the next day. Nothing. He never even had the decency to call me and tell me whether there was a job for me or not which I assume I need not applied twice. I just think there’s a lack of respect for older people today by this younger generation. Glad I’m not working there after all.
