Coffee and wraps were good. Counter help was slower getting to us but she was taking orders for drive thru and walk up. Food and coffee were done quickly. Table was not clean.

A guy with glasses proceeded to pick his nose and whipe it on his shirt then grabbed doughnuts and put them in a box. A another lady that is skinny and pale with brown hair picked her weggie while yelling at customers in the drive through while waiting 10 plus minutes for one cup of coffee . I won’t be returning. Dunkin do better. Starbucks will have my business now.

I go to this Dunkin almost every morning and the morning crew is so nice and efficient. The morning crew had told me they have happy hour 12-4 so I went today to get an iced coffee. I was shocked at how rude the lady at the drive thru window was. She told me the amount of the coffee which was $1.07 and I gave her $1.25 and I had told her I would have tried to find the exact change but didn’t want to keep her waiting and she just assumed I didn’t want my change and shut the window in my face without saying have a good day or anything. Then I tried to get her attention and wanted the change back and she just gave me a stare and said nothing else. It’s a good thing the coffee was 99 cents because it wasn’t even that good this time.

Twice I filled out an application for employment at this facility. Not sure where the first application went. As a disabled Navy veteran in my 50s I can’t help but feel I’m a little discriminated against here. I went above and beyond to get there to interview with the manager and fill out a second application and was told I would get a phone call the next day. Nothing. He never even had the decency to call me and tell me whether there was a job for me or not which I assume I need not applied twice. I just think there’s a lack of respect for older people today by this younger generation. Glad I’m not working there after all.

Worst place I've ever dealt with. On Father's Day in the drive through, I ask for an altered Carmel craze frozen... She refused to make it for us. Then continued with an attitude, don't give this place your business. Not worth the effort or time. The noon shift employee is rude and mean.

went through the drive thru and no one answered. Pulled up to the window and the girl said I had to go back to through the drive thru to order, even though no body was in line and she wasn’t helping anybody. We refused to go back thru because no one was answering. Some guy came over and finally took our order and then gave us the wrong order. We got regular donuts instead of sprinkled ones. Poor service

Ordered 150 munchkins on the mobile app at 6 am on a Saturday, placed it to have it picked up at 4pm. When I got there the man through the drive-thru informed me that they only has 10 munchkins left…. I was flabbergasted at the lack of common sense people have. you would think after paying 50 dollars in the MORNING I would get there to receive my FULL order. Instead he decided to sell all the munchkins. He should have been smart enough to get 3 50 count boxes and proceed to fill them and then store them for when I arrived… I guess not all us think the same. Oh and apparently he couldn’t call because it was through the “ mobile app” but why do I put my number in if they’re gonna use it!!!! He just said to call the 1-800 number.. Great Advice!!!

Was given a defective cup where the lid wouldn’t stay on and asked for a new one. The manager said “oh I saw that but the lid still went on”. Got two different drinks and both were made with bad milk that was undrinkable. Will not be returning to this location.

This DD location has had my business fo the last time. I appreciate effencicy, but the abuse from the gentleman who works the drive thru line has sealed my decison to stop coming to this location. I see other reviewers who mention the same complaint, so I wonder why this employee has not undergone some sort of customer service remediation? Honestly...I'd rather regift my DD giftcards and pay double the price at Starbucks to avoid early morning abuse in the drive thru line at the Palencia Dunkin Donuts. The product isn't worth the aggravation.
