Three times now person at drive through window having a long conversation this time about a baseball cap. In line. No one taking orders, I placed mine on app but couldn’t move to get it.
I was already a life-long customer of Dutch Bros, but I have to say that the service we received tonight was the best customer service that I have experienced in years, maybe ever. The coffee's are always on point, delicious taste & quality ingredients. 10/10 Tonight, Emily took care of us at the drive thru and helped my wife and I resolve a problem that we had with our order (user error, our fault, not hers). She was extremely happy to help us and was friendly the entire time. She was personable and genuine. She went out of her way to include our seven year old in the experience and make it great for him. Thank you, Emily. Your boss has a treasure with you being on their crew. Highly recommend this location to our locals, transplants, and people visiting!

This is my favorite Dutch Bros. in my area. The staff is absolutely amazing. The drinks are made quickly and I’ve loved getting to know the staff since they’ve opened. I’ve recently moved and so when I’m in the area I always stop in to this store as the other Dutch Bros. are just not the same!
