I love their teas and especially their protein shakes. They are located in the old Ponce Mall which is easy to get to. Such a friendly environment and the staff is always so pleasant.
I go to East Coast Nutrition on a regular basis. I have had 43 different shakes on the menu, including today, and have not ordered the same one. Each one has a unique flavor and these folks nail it! I will continue my quest to get through the entire shake menu one day.

Love this place! The staff is wonderful and I am not much of tea drinker but now when I think of having a nice tea, I think if East Coast Nutrition!
Kid-friendliness: They have something for everyone. My 9 year old daughter asks me all the time to get her something from East Coast Nutrition.
I had the chocolate covered strawberry and it was amazing. I will be going back.❤❤

Absolutely delicious! My new favorite spot for sure! Everyone is always so welcoming and attentive. Any questions you have, they are quick to answer. Definitely a must!
