The best and maybe only real Mexican restaurant in the area. The prices, service and atmosphere are all what were expected.

They were not busy and yet, were not attentive to us at all. We ordered cheese dip & our basket of chips was almost empty from 4 of us munching on them with the salsa when the dip was brought out... they should have noticed & brought more out... our chip basket was empty, so we couldn't eat the cheese dip, for a good 5 - 10 mins and then my friend had to call out to someone to get our chips refilled. The food was a nice portion, just kinda bland. Never once re-filled our water. Never came back to ask if everything was okay like most restaurants do... maybe because they knew we were not local they didn't feel the need to give us good service. I was excited to try it out, the website looked like it was going to be a great place... it was not. The margaritas were terrible, I noticed it's wine based, maybe that's why... Definitely wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone just visiting the area.

We are staying at the Southern oaks inn and I was looking for some good local food close by to bring back to the hotel
....boy did I make the right choice!!! I walked there and ordered a custom quesadilla with steak, chicken and all the veggies with a side of quac n spicy pico.... it was all delicious and fantastic!! Thank you for authentic fresh and delicious food at a very good value 👍👍👍

They charged extra for the ingredients in my tacos… I can’t make this up. I have never seen this before. So I spent $18 on 2 tacos with very little rice and beans, in a veryyyyt humble environment. The walls were ripped up, the booths were in bad shape, and the windows were so dirty that my daughter cringed sitting next to the wall. And y’all wanna charge me $18 for 2 tacos hahaha

There was a few college aged kids in there and two workers. Myself and my wife. The food was okay. The service was as good as it could be with 1 person serving everyone.

Although I do enjoy the Orlando based locations, I was a bit disappointed with this one.
The place is dingy and smells a little moldy and has a ramp step that my Aunt nearly fell from because there are no signs and no warning. The waitress messed up two out of the three orders at our table. The chips and salsa were great and the food was pretty good but nothing very special. The atmosphere could use a spruce up. The food was good, but not great.
