The soda machine isn’t cleaned regularly. I brought it to the attention of the employees that you could remove the nozzles to clean them. Young girl at the counter Julie, didn’t even know they came off and could be cleaned. There was black inside of them. Makes me question if they’re cleaning other drink dispensers correctly. The eggs are microwaved they are NASTY. They’re a greenish color when they serve them to you. But the bagels and cream cheese are alright.

This is the second time I went here and the staff are the absolute rudest. I walked in and the lady had her head in her hands and then I walk up and order one bagel. She just stares at me with this judgmental expression, saying nothing. You would have thought I gave her the most complicated order ever. She gets the bagel and asks if I want a bag. I said yes, to-go please. She sighs like I’m the bane of her existence and says she was asking if I wanted her to cut it. She looked at me with so much hatred. The last time I was here was pretty much the same but from a different lady. Judgmental looks and rude attitudes. I work customer service too but I would never look at nor make a customer feel like that. I hope she sees this and realizes how her actions and looks make other people feel. Not to mention the bagels were stale as hell.

Pretty disappointed with everything bagel and definitely won’t be returning. We used to frequent them a couple times a week as we live close by. It seemed to change hands and slowly the quality of the food went down. We went yesterday for a dozen of bagels and a 1lb of cream cheese. The total was $40+ nearly double of other local places like joint bagel. (Not sure if they were price gouging during the storm or it that’s the norm)?! The bagels were raw even after toasting, we had to put them in the oven. The girl filling our order was very nice but a woman with glasses next to her, overseeing was completely rude. With places like joint bagel, half the price, way better quality and great customer service, we will take the long drive.

Worst. Customer service experience in my life.. I ordered a turkey sandwich no tomato and lox platter to go. They put NO lox on the bagel and HAM on the sandwich. ??$30 No refunds .. I spoke to “megan” a “manager”and she did not offer any solution except to remake the order. frankly, do not trust this place. i was told the owner doesnt have any available form of contact. so what kind of solution is there? i caved a few days later and figured I would make a compromise since Id rather not waste the 30$ and asked them to remake the order for me. then they want to tell me they arent going to remake it and i have to speak to the owner…. as if i wasnt trying to speak to him the entire time because i understand if a refund is out of an employees control. IRonic. if you want a Great bagel in St Augustine go to Dos or go to Publix and get ingredients to make it yourself. If youve read this far I pray you know to never go to this place if you value your time and energy. Perhaps I went through this God awful experience in order to warn you all from the horrors of Everything Bagel.

It took 25 minutes for 3 bagel orders. The staff looked confused as they were making it, kept opening and closing the paper wrap several times. There were 2 women gossiping in the back while the front staff were obviously dysfunctional. Would not come back.

I used to really enjoy comming here , unfortunately as I made it a regular part of my schedule I started to realize how awfully run this bussiness is . The employees that seem to not be there anymore we're always the sweetest people to interact with, but the owner and remaining workers, however are not even in the slightest cordial or gracious for the customers that keep his bussiness alive and at times act like they stand above aothers . The standards for food cleanliness and quality definitely fall below safe standards especially when there's roaches running around on the floor In The lobby under and around their fridges. I would avoid this place like the plague unless ypu wanna be fed the same stuff the roaches are eating .
