To start the food is really good, a bit over priced for what you get. Burgers, bacon, chicken all meets including eggs are cooked in a microwave. The prices should reflect this. I used to come in several times a week. But recently I do not enjoy my experience there anymore. New management always seems to have an attitude. Previous staff and management made you feel welcome and appreciated and gave a warm greeting when you walked in. New manager always seems annoyed and staff seems like they aren’t happy. No staff members smile. This bleeds into the culture of a business. I don’t think the owner is aware or maybe doesn’t care. I’ve had several people tell me the same things and unfortunately no longer want to come in.

They literally burnt my bagel and Still served it to me. No apologies not asked if it was ok or wanted something else. They go through employees like water. Everytime I come here there's a face ive never seen before.

My daughter and I visited for lunch. We both had an excellent sandwich. I had a make your own bagel sandwich that was delicious. The bagel was toasted perfectly and the ingredients were fresh. My daughter had their Italian Sandwich on Ciabatta Bread. She thought the sandwich was excellent. It was piled high with meat, cheese, and veggies. We will return.

WARNING: Not the same!! I don't know if they changed ownership or just the quality of food. But this place is no longer my favorite in town. The meat is AWFUL! And I just paid $16 for the Friday Turkey Special sandwich and the meat is disgusting. And over paid for a fountain drink too! Over $3 for it. It is not the same as I've been getting for over 10 years. So sad, so disappointed. I will not be going back.

This is an awesome place for bagels. I eat a lot of bagels and breakfast pastries and this has been one of my favorite places for breakfast for years. The service is top notch. Whoever manages this place right now does an excellent job. And the prices are very fair.

I would travel a 1,000 miles to have breakfast here. Lucky for me is only 500 miles away. The bagels are incredible. The service is perfect. The place is clean. I can not say enough good things about this place.
