If you are smart you will go to Jersey Mikes, Publix or Jimmy Johns. At least you will get your food made right and your moneys worth. Have had previous bad experiences with quality control at this location and decided to give them another try. Well jokes on me because nothing has improved. Ordered an Italian sub and a New York steamer. Only modifications were condiments. The subs were lacking contents and warmth. 13-15 dollars for a large sub each and this is what they gave us. Get your shit together firehouse.

Placed an order through the app, which was extremely easy to do. When I went to pick it up, it was ready to go and it was hot and I specified the time I wanted it ready they did beautifully. The employees were very nice and helpful. I will definitely be going back and that French dip is Awesome!!

Parking: The parking I’m speaking of is in the cobblestone Plaza in St Augustine at lunchtime. It’s pretty busy and sometimes difficult to find a parking space but they’re worth it.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a disability parking Space in front of the store and there’s a ramp for a Wheelchair

OK, so no one ever told me they had the French dip sandwich and today I asked because I believe I saw something on social media and to my surprise they did, but I didn't see it on the menu.. let me tell you this. I've had a lot of French dip sandwiches in my 60 years. Not gonna lie one of the best I've ever had. Sad part is they're not making them anymore after Monday.
I would highly recommend this be a main menu item .. JS
P.S. I would like to add, please open one near me on I-95 and State Road 16. 🤤

I ordered by Uber. Not good at all taste wise I had to add a bunch of seasoning to eat meatball sub & it was still terrible but i paid $13 for it that price is not worthy it was not good quality it was missing almost every topping i ordered also pretty scanty as you see in pictures.. presentation was terrible! Dinky sub. I didn't like either sandwich cuz not good quality meats or bread & didn't taste fresh. Got turkey and Swiss and a meatball sub. Neither was very good. Won't order again. Wasted my money. I'll try Jersey Mike next time. I heard they are really good and they were giving away a free sandwich on Uber app but neighbors said liked firehouse. Not me! There was a promo on Uber so i tried it. Go for somewhere else this is not good food I'm angry i paid so much for crap.
****CALLED AND TALK TO MANAGER AND HE SAID HE WOULD TAKE MY ADDRESS FOR CORPORATE TO SEND ME A FREE SANDWICH CARD. I ASKED FOR REPLACEMENTS AND WAS TOLD THAT I HAVE TO GET A FREE SANDWICH CARD MANAGER HIMSELF CAN'T DO IT

They always forget your bacon in sandwiches you order with bacon and your pickle spear. My order is never right. 3rd time my order was wrong, I will not be back.

Entered and there were 4 customers inside with 4 staff. 3 of the customers were waiting for takeout. It has been nearly a year since I've been to FS. The food was always good as was the atmosphere - specifically the traditional greeting. However it was not the case at this location. Entering this brick and mortar location was like entering a morgue....no greeting...no acknowledgement. Stood at the counter waiting to place my order. The male server stood within 5 ft of me for nearly 2 minutes before finally saying "Hi. What can I get you?". Unable to resist, I stated " Welcome to Firehouse Subs!". His reply...."Yes". No energy...no enthusiasm....no personality....no pride....sooooo....no tip....no rounding up.....poor review. I will add that, during the course of eating there, 3 couples and 1 individual entered the store to grab a sandwich. Out of the 4 entrants, 1 couple was greeted traditionally by one of the girls who happened to be sweeping near the front door. I'll still visit this location. However, this review should serve as a "what can we do better" training opportunity for management.
