The thing that separates this foxtail from other foxtails I've been to is the service. I went there two days in a row to get my morning coffee and the employees were very warm and friendly and made my drink very quickly. I wish this foxtail was closer to me. As I was on vacation in St Augustine.

Staff did not speak or acknowledge me. I waited 15 minutes and still had not gotten my order taken even though nobody else was there. I ended up having to leave in order to make it to work on time. It’s such a cute environment which makes me sad that I had this experience.

The place is beautiful, the atmosphere is calm. I came here on a Saturday afternoon and the young baista was tending the place by herself. There was no manager around either. This poor girl was doing her best by herself, though the place was not busy we had to wait 20 minutes before our order was taken and there were only 2 people before us with only 1 or 2 drink orders, a total of a 40 minute wait for 3 customers. Even if someone is an experienced batista it's not ethical or prudent to have one person run a shop that big by themselves. An angry customer in this high tourist town and season could easily take their anger out on this girl and this understaffing issue is not her fault. I hope management takes care of this problem soon. Other than that the food coffee was great and the place is clean.
