I made my order the previous night and 2 items apparently were not available, but the store had no way of getting in touch with me. I also tried to call this morning and the phone rang and rang with no answer! So frustrating.I was late to work, customers are coming in and only 1 individual here to serve us all!!

The lady that was working definitely had no sense of humor, completely bleh, asked if she could heat up the coffee that was supposed to be hot and she looks around for a microwave. Like you don't know what you have?! The vanilla caramel iced coffee and it didn't even taste good at all, asked for some extra sugar and it was still nasty.
Best tasting coffee in St. Augustine!!? Puts all others to shame. And Sam, who runs the joint, is top notch

The thing that separates this foxtail from other foxtails I've been to is the service. I went there two days in a row to get my morning coffee and the employees were very warm and friendly and made my drink very quickly. I wish this foxtail was closer to me. As I was on vacation in St Augustine.

Staff did not speak or acknowledge me. I waited 15 minutes and still had not gotten my order taken even though nobody else was there. I ended up having to leave in order to make it to work on time. It’s such a cute environment which makes me sad that I had this experience.
