We have just returned from our first visit there and we cannot to come back! Such a great experience and the cats were amazing. Each one has their own personality. Thank you!
We smiled the whole hour we were there! We loved it! ❤️
Stopped by this weekend and enjoyed visiting with the cats. The visiting room was clean and the cats seemed to enjoy the company. We adopted from them a few years ago and couldn’t be happier ! We will visit again
This is not children friendly place at all. The person who runs this place, let's just name her "Karen" asked me to make sure that my two year old son does not keep his shoes on the couch while he is trying to go up & down of the couch. Let's just say, that this is place full of cats and cats hair, and cats also spray and pee on the couches and it is definitely not clean to the point where shoes of 2 year old child can't touch such a surface..This is not luxury 5 star coffee shop. This is place where cats get into everything. The vibe of the room when she is in speaking loudly around is just so unpleasant and off. We definitely did not feel welcomed even though my child was playing with cats very gently. The most ridiculous thing is, that they charge $12 "rescue fee" even for someone who barely just turned 2 years. Just rip off and we will never return again.
Great coffees and cat loves!

If you plan to see the cats, get ready for the cat odor. The rest was awesome. The donation to see the cats is not real. You are forced to pay a certain price or you can't go in to pet them. Maybe creating donation options could help where it doesn't look like someone is trying to profit.

Extremely rude staff. From the time we walked, the girl at the register was ignorant and rude when we asked certain questions. When we go into the cat room, we were basically told everything that we can’t do. You pay $12 to get in the room and you can basically look at the cats. The staff told us that we could enter the kitten room, only adults can pick up the cats but not the children. I was repermanded like a child when I picked up one of the kittens thinking we were allowed after given the rules. The woman who gave us the rules admitted to forget g to telling us that part. I chose to leave the establishment after this rude and disrespectful behavior and the woman who spoke to me like a child started to apologize for her behavior. I accepted her apology but said I would like to leave, she didn’t want to let me leave, trying to bribe me to stay. I won’t continue on anymore. This is a poorly run establishment, the staff is so rude and the cat room smelled absolutely horrible. Save your time and your money.

It started off great with a clean and mostly quiet environment, but the experience was ruined by the staff. When we arrived, an older lady, “who seemed to be a former teacher” according to her, explained the rules to us, such as not pulling toys away from the cats and that kids under 8 couldn't pick them up. She also kindly pointed out which cats were friendly and which ones weren't. However, things took a turn when one of my friends tried to pick up a cat after being told we were allowed to. She was immediately yelled at by the staff. When my friend tried to explain that we were told it was okay, the worker was extremely rude. My friend decided to leave, but the worker cornered her and wouldn't let her go, repeatedly saying, 'I'll get you a coffee, I'm sorry, don't go.' This behavior was very unprofessional and disrespectful. While the concept of the place is great, the staff need serious improvement.

The Cafe itself was lovely. It had lots of cats to interact with, clean, comfortable setting. The customer service on the other hand was pretty rough. The owner and the cashier were both extremely uninviting. No one smiled at me, welcomed me in, or wished me goodbye. I honestly felt uncomfortable ordering. On the other hand the boba is wonderful.

My family and I spent a good amount of time here and absolutely fell in love with little Giuliana, we were told we had to fill out and adoption application and it was 140$ adoption fee we would hear back in 24/48hours. We called all week checking the status of this as we are anxiously awaiting to bring her home. It’s been a week and she finally called tonight and acted so weird with my husband saying she couldn’t verify our address… first of all we are retired military family living on the air force base .. that’s pretty verifiable… then she said the adoption fee was 300$! Far more than what we were told by the staff when we were there. The way the lady spoke to my husband was disorganized and chaotic and felt very scammy. The only reason I even give one star is because of the older ladies that work there were so nice but it’s pretty sad to see how the lady makes her decisions and then ups the price on the adoption price because she thought he didn’t know….
What a wonderful experience that we had my first time visiting a cat cafe.
The staff was friendly and attentive and the cats were amazing. we will be back.

The workers were amazing and so nice. The cats were so cute and amazing obvi. The coffee was so much better than most places (especially Starbucks) and very affordable. 10/10 would go again.
