This place has fortune telling machines that took our money and didn’t work. The cashier said it is run by a third party and she couldn’t do anything for us. But if these machines are in their store they should have some responsibility for them.

Horrible customer service. Two girls talking to each other talking ignoring the 4 of us for 5 minutes before we left without anything. This was at the food and drink area as we were very thirsty with 2 young kids being outside.

This trading post and museum in Saint Augustine is an amazing experience that has to be seen. The history is rich here and we'll worth the trip and don't forget to buy something from the shop. Finally jump on the trolly and take a tour of this amazing city.

This museum and souvenir shop is a must-visit! You’ll find a treasure trove of historical artifacts from the area. It’s an excellent way to learn more about St. Augustine’s rich history. And don’t forget to grab some souvenirs, including delicious fudge! The shop also has a restroom right inside.

Had some nice Christmas ornaments to look at. Ended up getting a lighthouse ornament.

Fun must stop attraction in beautiful Historic St. Augustine area. Tons to do for the whole family, they have Trolly tours and Jail House tours. A few gift shops and an exhibit inside the Gator Bobs gift shop. The gift shop has a ton of things including T-Shirts, Souvenirs, and food as well. Loved all the decor and themed items located around the area. The surrounding area was absolutely beautiful. We will definitely come again our next trip in town.

Restrooms are clean! They have bottled water and popcorn for sale reasonably cheap. Buy your souvenirs here instead of the fountain or next door. They are a lot cheaper for the same exact items. ? Tons of magnets, books, shirts and keychains. The staff are also super friendly and live here. Ask them where to eat!! They suggested we go to Harry's and It was really good!

Pretty cool shop with a pretty good variety. The back part is a little museum and like old machines and stuff. Not sure what they’re called… bathrooms were also nice and clean. Pretty much must stop.

Store next to the Trolley Depot has souvenirs and a fudge department. Nice T-shirt collection. The museum attached to the store is interesting. It is small but has a lot in it. Luckily it was included in our trolley ticket price.
