Gator's Dockside Murabella

Tried to have dinner here on a Saturday night. Half of the tables were empty. 10 minutes after being seated and no one came to our table to greet or take a drink order. Walked to the hostess stand and let them know. Another 7-8 minutes go by, nothing. We left.

At this point it should be illegal to serve food at a place that smells this bad. You get smacked with the smell as soon as you open the doors. The water also tastes like the restaurant smells. The bathrooms smell bad enough to make you start gagging before you are done using the restroom. You have got to fix this !!!!!! That being said, we love the bartenders when we are able to bare the smell.

Terrible odor in building

I’ve been a regular here for about four years, stopping in at least a couple of times a week, and until recently my experiences have consistently been great; especially thanks to the excellent bartenders and waitstaff.
Unfortunately, over the past couple of months the restaurant has had serious plumbing issues. There is a persistent, noxious sewage odor throughout the space that makes it very unpleasant to dine here, and the bathrooms are even worse. It’s honestly hard to enjoy a meal or even a beer under these conditions.

What’s most disappointing is how long this problem has gone on, which gives the impression that senior and/or corporate leadership is not treating it with the urgency it deserves. Because of this, my wife and I have significantly reduced how often we come in.

This place has always been a favorite of ours, but if this issue isn’t addressed soon, I can’t imagine it won’t start affecting their business.

Monday is $.99 wing night!

Service very slow. Waited an hour, servers and management not aware we didn’t have our food. Major plumbing problem. Bathroom odor was disgusting and permeated the restaurant when the doors opened. We watched the “manager” watch TV for a solid 15-20min while we tried to get our food and get out of there! Do better.

Atmosphere and servers are nice. Food is poor. Molded buns for kids meals. Ordered a super Nacho and it was more Lettuce and Chips. Sent it back as not work 16 bucks. Gators pasta was ok. Overall just a poor quality of food. Doubt I will ever return

They had a burger online that wasn't on the menu, yet they still made it for our company luncheon we had there. It was absolutely amazing! The staff was attentive and quick, plenty of staff on hand, the wait was not long, the staff was friendly and helpful! Food was made to our liking, and good! They even had a festive holiday atmosphere, very comfortable.

The fish and chips are not good. There is such a small amount of fries and the fish was over cooked and had little taste except the burnt

Went with my family and our friends this evening. Almost didn’t go from the review rating. I am so glad that we did! The food was great, our server Emerson was fantastic. Ignore the reviews our experience was 10/10 even with a toddler.
