Great Ramen! We ordered right before close and still had an awesome experience! We brought it back to the hotel and watched a movie while eating our meal. Thanks!
Delicious
Absolutely the best Sushi that I have ever had. The main chef advised us how to best enjoy the sushi he prepared. He was 100% correct and we enjoyed the sushi so much more. Also tried the dry aged tuna which was an absolute delight,
If I could give this place more stars, I would. From the greeting at the door to the fast, friendly service and the most delicious sushi, seaweed salad and clear soup I've ever tasted! 10/10 would highly recommend. Reasonably priced, as well!
Ginger Bistro is a must try! Tuna keeps everything new and top notch! So many amazing flavors in one dinner. I experience something new every time. Thanks Tuna Liu !!

I love browsing the menu to find new delicacies. Last time I tried Unagi Don. It was amazing.
Sushi and fried rice were delicious too.
The service was amazing and the food was even better! They have amazing Ramen with such an authentic taste. 12/10!
I’ve eaten here a couple of times now and I wanted to like it because it’s convenient to other places I frequent. The ramen beef is very overdone and tough, but the broth is pretty good. The spicy tuna roll is a mushy mess. The fried rice tastes like they only use soy sauce to flavor it. The staff looms and stares a lot. It’s just not great.
I don't know what dressing is used for the green salad but it was amazing!
Soooo delicious! And service was pleasant with good ideas for our vacation!!! 5 ⭐️s!

Fantastic ramen!
food was alright, service killed the whole experience. boyfriend pointed to and ordered salmon toro on the daily special for $6 after asking how many pieces it came with. server told him 2. after we received the bill we saw that we were charged $20 for the 2pc salmon toro. brought it to the waitresses attention and she apologized and said she'd correct it. received another bill where we were charged $10.99 for the 2pc salmon toro. brought it to the servers attention again and showed her on the menu what we ordered. the manager came around the corner with an attitude asking why we ordered the fatty salmon if we didn't want the fatty salmon and that the $6 salmon toro is only 1pc. when my boyfriend originally ordered he specifically said the salmon toro and pointed to it on the menu. if the server gave us the wrong item, how is that our fault? we assumed that the waitstaff/chefs knew what they were doing and gave us the food that we ordered. I don't know the difference between the $20 sushi and the $6 sushi we ordered but I do know we ordered a $6 item and we're not paying for a $20 item because of this restraunts mistake. almost felt like they were trying to scam us. after finally fixing our bill, the manager went over and starting talking very loudly and disrespectfully to their chefs about us. while we cashed out the waitress had to keep apologizing for the nasty attitude of her boss. felt bad for the waitress. ended up paying almost $60 after tip to leave unhappy. won't be back and definitely cannot recommend just based on service alone. there are too many amazing sushi restaurants in st augustine where I don't have this problem for me to want to waste my money here
edit : changed review to 1 star. everyone who ate sushi at my table ended up with food poisoning.
1 star is 10 stars too many. It started fine but the service was very poor and very slow. The lady left out food after I asked for it 2 times and still never received my food. Then they tried to still charge me for the food. Then my friend was up charged 20 dollars for one piece of sushi that cost 6 dollars only. They argued that they charged right even though the menu says 6 dollars and my friend even pointed to the item they wanted. They need up talking crap about us while we were still in the restaurant paying as well. They lost 4 customers. I had better expectations for this place. I hope the staff can change their attitudes towards paying customers who were respectful the whole time.
Food is excellent owned by a husband and wife team the incredibly fun and friendly the food is top rate
The ramen is absolutely epic ! I’ve gotten to go food here plenty of times with my wife and it’s always been great 😊
