A very chill place to go to relax, study, play games. They have great drinks specials and also offer fun weekly events. You can go by yourself or with your friends. It’s very welcoming. All the kavatenders are great! It’s also pet friendly :)

Safe and Welcoming! Life can be one giant rollercoaster at times but coming in and grabbing a drink is the highlight of any day of mine . The staff is super friendly and always willing to give suggestions on flavor combinations they offer. They even have amazing events throughout the month that are loads of fun. If you have a free moment you should stop on down and give it a shot!

What an awesome diverse and unique happy place. Strong and fun community. I’ve never felt more comfortable and laid-back in a chill bar atmosphere. All of the staff is super friendly great vibes all around. Fun place to meet friends and family, study, work or have that awesome “going out” place. but way better than actually going out. The drinks have healing properties also, so it’s a win-win🤙

Best hangout spot in St. Augustine! Chill vibes, great drinks and good company. The entire staff is super cool and welcoming. I have become a regular and much prefer this kava bar to other social settings. 10/10 recommend checking it out. Anyone would love it!

I've been coming here to Green Turtle for about 1 year. It's a terrific place to relax and hang out with great people. Everyone is so friendly from the kava tenders to the regular patrons. Always a great time to be had!

Everyone at the Green Turtle Kava Bar in St. Augustine is an awesome hangout. There is a great community there and they allow dogs. All of the kavatenders I have dealt with are very friendly, professional, and informative. I would definitely recommend checking it out.

My favorite place in St Augustine. Been here in St Aug for a couple months now and it's a very welcoming place. A lot of the people I met there are friendly and like minded. Plenty of regulars and community. Their drinks are good for relaxing after a stressful day. I basically go there everyday to hangout with friends, and play Magic The Gathering with avid and organized players. I've been traveling the east coast for the past 6 months and this place and it's regulars made me want to stay here in St Aug. One of its regulars even helped me get a Job at the local Costco. Couldn't recommend more. Peace.

This place is a great place to chill and unwind. Staff is great and people are friendly. Bogo deals often, so always able to have a tea without breaking the bank. Can’t say enough to describe, so experience it yourself.

I usually don’t write negative reviews but after the way I was treated today I must write about my experience. I went to pick up kratom for my boss to get his usual order which he gets very frequently. I received my order completely wrong and had a misunderstanding with the bartender working. I work in the service industry and totally understand we all miscommunicate sometimes (worker and/or client) I nicely asked for my order to be changed and got lots of attitude back. The bartender threw a tantrum and proceeded to slam things around while fixing the order. I have been to Green turtle plenty of times and have not been treated like this…breaks my heart to have some new crappy staff member working for a great establishment.
