Their food and service is terrible. I was d*** enough to try it a few times over the years. NEVER again! And customers have complained as well outside. The place is now a different name but all the same everything. And expect super wasted drunk people to get in your face breathing on you

Purchased a brand new washer and dryer at this store. Upon delivery, the driver made me aware of damage to the pedestal which I was fine with because it was a small dent that couldn’t be seen. After delivery, I noticed a large dent under the door of the washer that had I seen prior I would have refused the machine. This store has probably the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Appliance manger will not return my call along with the store manager. I will NEVER purchase appliances at this location again. HORRIBLE!!

national company, called them the day before delivery to narrow down 14 hour window. was told could not give me information. what was explained is that it is up to the drive. That would mean that they cram every order onto the truck the morning of, in no particular order and leave up to the drive to decide where they are going. Just food for thought.

This store is terrible!!! I placed an online order for pick up at 12:30. Website led me to believe there were plenty in stock. I ordered two items. I really needed them for today. I finally got a text from them at 6:30 pm telling me the order was cancelled due to insufficient stock. The ENTIRE order!!!! Now I don’t have time to look elsewhere!! I would like management to explain the delay in letting me know. This is Unacceptable!!! Poor inventory accuracy, lack of customer service.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced, or more accurately, no customer service. I have a walking boot and cane. I asked 2 separate employees for assistance finding a specific item. Both were talking to other employees. Not assisting customers. They gave me vague directions where to look. Both were incorrect. Finally found it myself, no where near the areas they suggested. I struggled to get the items off the shelf. Tried to get an employee further down the aisle to assist me, but he was on his phone and didn't hear me. Finally managed to get them and checked out.

My husband, a veteran, found out today that Home Depot, has narrowed the eligibility requirements for veterans who receive discounts at the store. We were shocked and felt like his 5 year service to this country is no longer valued and respected by Home Depot's corporate office. He was a loyal customer for years, but will be no longer.

Your cashier tried to steal .63 from me today, claiming there is a change shortage. I am posting this all over Facebook. I will never shop Home Depot again. I asked your male cashier if he really believed there is a coin shortage and he said no. You know there isn't. Vistar said I can have all the change I want.
